The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a bibliography and appendices. The work examines the rationale for the financial and economic project for the renovation of a residential microdistrict in Moscow. The location of the object under consideration is analyzed, digital technologies used in the field of renovation of residential construction are considered, and a concept and financial and economic model of the residential microdistrict renovation project are developed. The project budget is formed, and integrated indicators of the economic efficiency of the project are calculated. The conclusion formulates the main findings and summarizes the results of the study. / Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, трех глав, заключения, библиографического списка и приложений. В работе рассмотрено обоснование финансово-экономического проекта реновации жилого микрорайона в городе Москва. Проанализирована территория расположения рассматриваемого объекта, рассмотрены цифровые технологии, применяемые в сфере реновации жилого строительства и разработаны концепция и финансово-экономическая модель проекта реновации жилого микрорайона. Сформирован бюджет проекта, рассчитаны интегральные показатели экономической эффективности проекта. В заключении сформулированы основные выводы и обобщены результаты исследования.
