This diploma thesis deals with the project proposal to install continuous monitoring on company’s travel and expense, which will be performed by internal audit department. It contains an analysis of the current state of the company, based on which the project is designed using project management methods.

In the first part, the thesis deals with the theoretical basis according to the literature. The analytical part introduces the company. In the practical part, strategic and financial analyzes are performed. In the last part, conclusion and suggestions, concrete measures to reduce the value of risks resulting from the performed analyzes are then discussed.

This diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a project proposal in a selected engineering company, including risk analysis and design of a risk monitoring process. To achieve the main goal, an analysis of the current state of the company was prepared, analyzes in terms of internal and external influences acting on the company were applied, and a final SWOT analysis was prepared from them. In the design part, special methods of project management and risk analysis using the RIPRAN method were applied. Based on the applied methods, measures leading to the reduction of risk value were proposed and a risk monitoring process was designed.

Next, it also includes a questionnaire survey carried out by the author of the thesis. Based on the results obtained from the analyses, the thesis proposes improvements to marketing communication.
