Pluralisme, autonomie culturelle et tutelle politique. La RTB, 1960-1977. Structuration d'un service public de l'audiovisuel

Plisnier, Flore 15 March 2017 (has links)

Online reklama / Online advertisign

Švarc, Ondřej January 2016 (has links)
This thesis is thematically focused on online advertising. The paper describes the history of online advertising and its advantages and disadvantages compared to other media types. There are mentioned standards of online advertising on the Czech Internet and ways to optimize the different types for better performance. Next we go over the characteristics of selected tools for assessing the success and management of online campaigns. We also compare the advertising possibilities of the two most used search engines in czech Seznam and Google. We analyze the possibilities of automation of product campaigns in the AdWords system. We compare the differences in intervention and prices of ads on social networks Facebook and Twitter and ads on the Google's Content Network on the basis of available targeting of Czech users.

Trendy prodeje reklamního prostoru na českém online mediálním trhu / Media sales trends on Czech online media market

Frantová, Nikol January 2018 (has links)
The thesis Trends of media sales techniques on Czech online media market with focus on programmatic buying describes functioning of automated (programmatic) advertising inventory trading on the Czech market. The text focuses on the penetration of this new method, the mechanics of its functioning and its current and future role within the Czech online advertising market. The first part describes a theoretical framework of programmatic advertising and its main principles and functions. In this chapter, programmatic buying method is defined and established within the different types of methods of advertising inventory trading. In addition, the roles of individual market entities in programmatic trading are defined, as well as the technological platforms, which secure the functionality and operation of automated buying. At the end of the theoretical part, the different types of programmatic transactional methods are defined, the practical use of which is then further explored within the research chapter. The thesis also includes methodological part, which concentrates on methodological framework and relevant research method, followed by the description of the selected methods: data analysis, qualitative research and research of professional and specialized materials. In the methodological chapter are...

An analysis of the integrated mechanical diagnostics health and usage management system on rotor track and balance

Revor, Mark S. 06 1900 (has links)
Approved for public release, distribution is unlimited / This thesis is concerned with the operational benefit of the Integrated Mechanical Diagnostics Health and Usage Management Systems (IMD HUMS) rotor track and balance (RTB) functionality. The questions addressed are whether there is a savings in flight hours expended on functional check flights (FCF's) when compared to present practices, if there will there be a reduction in directed maintenance man-hours (DMMH) spent on maintenance related to the rotor system, and the impact on Operational Availability. Experiments were conducted using a discrete event simulation model of squadron flight operations and organizational level maintenance. The simulation is generic and can be used in the analysis of other helicopters. Input parameters governing the distributions of maintenance action inter-arrival times were estimated from Naval Aviation Logistics Data Analysis (NALDA) databases and squadron experiences on such systems. The analysis suggests that flight hours spent in FCF are dependent upon vibration growth rate, an unknown quantity, and the maintenance policy for rotor smoothing. Directed maintenance man-hours decrease with increasing numbers of IMD HUMS configured aircraft and further gains are achieved with a maintenance policy suited to a continuous monitoring system. / Captain, United States Marine Corps

Engineering of the RTB Lectin as a Carrier Platform for Proteins and Antigens

Reidy, Michael James 13 March 2007 (has links)
The major obstacle many promising drugs struggle to overcome is the barrier imposed by the outer cell membrane. In addition to technologies such as liposomes and cell-penetrating peptides, more attention is being given to the class of proteins known as lectins to deliver therapeutic and antigenic proteins to the interiors of cells. Lectins bind to but do not modify sugars, and provide an efficient route to endocytosis. The galactose/N-acetyl-galactosamine specific lectin ricin B-chain (RTB) is especially attractive in possibly fulfilling a carrier role due to its well-characterized endocytotic trafficking and its efficacy over a wide range of cell types. By producing RTB recombinantly in plants it is possible to create a fully active, non-toxic carrier that does not rely on the processing of large amounts of toxic material (e.g. castor bean). Payload molecules such as small molecules and proteins can be attached to RTB via chemical conjugation at primary amine groups, without the loss of lectin or uptake activities. The biotin/streptavidin interaction and direct genetic fusion of polypeptides also provide efficient mechanisms for the attachment of payload proteins to RTB. An immunoglobulin domain-based scaffolding mechanism bridges modified RTB and payload proteins when co-expressed in Agrobacterium-infiltrated plant leaves. Carrier and payload proteins expressed in plants and E. coli, respectively, and purified independently are not able to assemble into an efficient carrier/payload arrangement. These findings show that plant cells are able to correctly produce the two components of the carrier/payload system and assemble them into an efficient and flexible capture and carry technology. / Ph. Trendy, vývoj a percepce v kontextu programatické reklamy / Trends, development and perception in the context of programmatic advertising

Cahlík, Zdeněk January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on the area of Internet media, namely the monetization of advertising, which Internet provides through the programmatic purchase of an internet advertisements that are focused on Real Time Bidding (RTB). The theoretical part deals with a brief analysis of the US media landscape, especially the phenomenon of the programmatic way of buying online advertisements in connection with technological development and optimization strategies in the Internet environment. It represents the emergence of the programmatic purchase, deals with the various forms of online advertising and its development. There is an introduction to two different online media strategies of banking institutions, which are further explored within the exploratory comparative technique - experiment in the practical part. This section focuses on changing technical settings, along with changing ad buying when changing key settings as a part of the ad serving campaign. The aim of the diploma thesis is to introduce the possibilities offered by programmatic advertising within online media in the Czech Republic. It summarizes knowledge in the context of the development of electronic advertising in the application of the two online media strategies of the banking institution.
