Maticový display s flip-dot maticí / Flip-dot matrix display

Petřek, Miroslav January 2021 (has links)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a control system that complements the existing BS110 flip-dot display panel and enables Ethernet and wireless communication. It first briefly discusses the original use of the display, and gives an overview of the display types. This is followed by an analysis, testing and repair of the BS110 panel, followed by a description of the proposed concept and the development of the control computers and their circuitry. For these, the thesis further describes the design and implementation of the software consisting of a website, database, MCU control script and display circuit control program. Finally, the system so designed and built is demonstrated and evaluated.

Vývoj bezpilotního prostředku pro autonomní mise / The Development of Autonomous Unmanned Aircraft

Hamáček, Vojtěch January 2021 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to modify commercially produced drone DJI Matrice 100 and replace its original control unit by open source Pixhawk and its accessories. Subsequently, it deals with the selection of suitable open source firmware for Pixhawk and its configuration on the device. Another part is dedicated to the possibilities of using the Robotic Operating System (ROS) and its Mavros libraries on the onboard computer Raspberry Pi. By using Mavros, it examines the possibilities of drone flight control, both in the simulation environment and in the real environment.

Hardware a software inteligentního spotřebiče / Hardware and software of a smart home appliance

Blaha, Vít January 2015 (has links)
Nowadays, the interest in smart appliances, which enable consumption reduction or consumption shifting approach, grows up. Such appliances can react to actual situation in the distributional network. From the energy distributor point of view, the activity of these appliances brings improvement of stability in the distribution network, while for the end customer there is possibility of the saving money. This thesis describes a transformation of standard fridge to smart fridge controlled by microcomputer Raspberry Pi. The smart fridge can communicate with supervisor system and according to its instructions change its behavior (temperature set point). The appliance can be manually controlled by a group of buttons, while its state can be visualized on the alphanumeric display. Last but not least way to control the appliance is through a web interface. The thesis also describes design of printed circuit board (PCB), which is designed for connection of all necessary sensors and actuators to Raspberry Pi. Software equipment is designed in the C++ program language.

Rozpoznávání domácích spotřebičů na základě jejich odběrové charakteristiky / Recognition of Home Appliances Based on Their Power Consumption Characteristics

Vaňková, Klára January 2015 (has links)
The goal of this master's thesis is to design and implement a system for recognition of home appliances based on their power consumption characteristics. This system should identify the individual home appliances from measurements of the total household consumption. The acquired data could be used for statistics of usage of a particular appliance and subsequent detection of errors or non-standard behavior of the measured device. An important part of my work is a design and hardware implementation of a unit for measuring and a system for processing the measured signal. The first version of my project uses pulse output of an electrometer to measure the energy. This method does not provide a sufficient sample rate but it's a quick way to obtain data for processing and analysis. The second version monitors the power consumption with a multi-purpose AC converter which measures active and reactive power with the desired sample rate. The data is then processed and recognized by two classifiers - HMM and KNN.

Systém autonomního řízení závodního autíčka / Autonomous Race Car Control System

Knop, Petr January 2014 (has links)
This master's thesis describes the hardware and software implementation of autonomous control system for RC toy car. This autonomous car had the task to follow a black line drawn on a white background. Car was enriched with wi-fi for data transfer to computers and the black line is detected by the camera. The main control module was implemented using a single board computer Raspberry Pi.
