The content of this thesis is the evaluation of development and current state of the financial health of the company Conteg, spol. s.r.o. which has been gained by way of the selected financial analysis tools. Afterwards, this thesis engages in the comparison with the competitor company Triton Pardubice, spol. s.r.o. and as well as with average values in this branch (sector). In addition to that one of the result of this thesis are the recommendations of the possible improvement of the financial situation and the increase of competitiveness. The thesis itself is divided into two main parts. The first one occupies of the theoretical framework and the second one puts the described knowledge into practice.

This diploma thesis mainly focuses on the assessment/evaluation of external and internal surroundings/environment of a specific company between years 2012 and 2016. The first part of these defines theoretical constructs that are then applied in the practical part of the thesis. The external environment was analyzed using PESTLE analysis method and the Porter's Five Forces model. The financial analysis from 2012-2016 was used for the analysis of the internal surroundings. Based on the overall assessment/evaluation of the company surroundings/environment the author applies SWOT analysis and proposes several steps for the improvement.

This diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of Auto Slavíček s.r.o. for the period 2010-2016, and to formulate proposals for improvement. The thesis analyses the current economic situation of the company. The resulting values are compared with selected competing companies. The diploma thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the objectives of the work and the methodology of the solution. The second chapter analyses methods and procedures of financial and strategic analysis. The third chapter reviews the financial situation of the company. The last chapter presents your own suggestions for improvement.

This Master´s thesis assesses current financial strategies of the company „ABC, a. s.“. The evaluation was based on results from financial analysis which were essential for the proposition of financial strategies for the following period.

This Master´s thesis deals with current financial strategies of the company "ABC s. r. o. ". For the appraisals was used various financial methods of the financial analysis. The results was used then for the suggestion on the field of the improving financial situation in the next period.

Analýza sa zameriava na firemnú stratégiu , konkurenčné postavenie spoločnosti a jej finančné zdravie. Finančná analýza je založená na štvrťročných účtovných výkazoch v období rokov 2004 až 2010. Na základe výsledkov analýz práca podáva návrhy a odporúčania, ktoré by mohli viesť k lepšiemu postaveniu spoločnosti v budúcnosti.

This master’s thesis evaluates the financial situation of the company MITAS a. s. between the years 2007–2012 and the formulation of proposals for its improvement. At first are summarizes the theoretical knowledge of strategic and financial analysis that will be used to develop in the practical part. In the next part are captured the basic information about the company and analyzes the current status of the selected company. Analysis of the company is then used in the last part for the creation of proposals and measures to improve the current financial situation.

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of financial situation of the company Antreg, a. s. between the years 2007 and 2012 and formulates suggestions for its improvement. First part of the work explains basic theoretical principles of financial and strategic analysis that will be used to elaborate the practical part. Second part of the work involves analysis of current conditions of selected company. This analysis is the basis for drafting of the third part which contains proposals and recommendations to improve current financial and business situation of the company.

This thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Truhlářství Roman Parolek, s. r. o. over the years 2011 to 2014. The first part describes the theoretical background used to approach the issue. There are also described the methods and ways of calculating of financial analysis. The second part of this thesis focuses on the analysis of internal and external environment of the company and the actual execution of financial analysis. According to the findings, in the conclusion there are analysed vulnerabilities of the company and suggested measures that would contribute to improving the company’s financial situation.

As fossil fuel sources continue to diminish, oil prices continue to increase, and global warming and CO2 emissions keep impacting the environment, it has been necessary to shift energy consumption and generation to a different path. Solar energy has proven to be one of the most promising sources of renewable energy because it is environmentally friendly, available anywhere in the world, and cost competitive. For photovoltaic (PV) system engineers, designing a PV system is not an easy task. Research demonstrates that different PV technologies behave differently under certain conditions; therefore energy production varies not only with capacity of the system but also with the type of module. For years, researchers have also studied how these different technologies perform for long periods of time, when exposed out in the field. In this study, data collected by the Florida Solar Energy Center for periods of over four years was analyzed using two techniques, widely accepted by researchers and industry, to evaluate the long‐term performance of five systems. The performance ratio analysis normalizes system capacity and enables the comparison of performance between multiple systems. In PVUSA Regression analysis, regression coefficients are calculated which correspond to the effect of irradiance, wind speed, and ambient temperature, and these coefficients are then used to calculate power at a predetermined set of conditions. This study allows manufacturers to address the difficulties found on system lifetime when their modules are installed out on the field. Also allows for the further development and improvement of the different PV technologies already commercially available.
