Tal objetivo surgiu da prática de ensino-aprendizagem de história em escola da cidade, bem como envolve e transforma essa prática. Trato das análises e reflexões sobre os trabalhos escolares das alunas e alunos, que entrevistaram suas avós, e das narrativas memorialísticas autobiográficas das mesmas. Dessa forma, dar a ver e a ler a cidade do Recanto das Emas, as inúmeras possibilidades de repensá-la e narrá-la entre alguns eixos temáticos estruturantes do que foi contado. São possibilidades para escrever uma história do Recanto das Emas a partir das narrativas de algumas de suas moradoras, suas netas e netos, enfim, de pessoas que conferem sentido a esse espaço em suas experiências cotidianas. / Studying the city of Recanto das Emas (Brazil, city in the region of Brasília D.C.) and telling stories of this space, in dialogue with the memory of its residents: it is the objective of this research. This objective arose from my teaching-learning practice of history in a school of this city, as well as involving and transforming this practice. It is done a treatment of the school paperworks of some students, who interviewed their grandmothers, and also of the written autobiographical memorialistic narratives of the same students, narratives based upon the grandmother’s interviews. In this way, we can see and read the city of Recanto das Emas in the innumerable possibilities, in the way we can rethink and narrate it among some structuring thematics. They are possibilities to write a story of Recanto das Emas from the narratives of some of its inhabitants and their grandchildren or, in short, from people who give meaning to this space in their daily experiences.
