Trata-se de um tema bastante polêmico, de inegável importância. Paralelamente à análise das peculiaridades desse recurso e as hipóteses de cabimento, faz-se um prévio estudo do recurso como meio de impugnação de decisão judicial. O recurso de embargos infringentes no nosso sistema processual civil é de suma importância.
