A partir de uma observação detalhada da história e da produção do DFTV e de entrevistas com 30 representantes da comunidade de 3 cidades do DF (Brasília, Taguatinga e Santa Maria) foi possível compreender como o DFTV, que se propõe a ser comunitário, é representado na linguagem audiovisual, a fim de identificar as produções de sentido, os mecanismos de resistência e as articulações estabelecidas entre as representações e as experiências vivenciadas por estes grupos de receptores. A pesquisa está centrada na análise de conteúdo do telejornal e dos discursos dos receptores, entendendo o telespectador como ativo e disposto a interagir com as informações que recebe, construindo o significado da mensagem a partir de seu universo social e cultural. _______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / In this study, I analyze the relation of the local TV news program – DFTV – with heterogeneous viewers, managing the cultural referential studies of communication and its receptivity studies. Based on a detailed observation of DFTV’s history, production and interviews with more than 30 community representatives in 3 cities (Brasília, Taguatinga and Santa Maria), It was possible to understan how this news program -DFTV, which intends to serve the community, is represented in an audiovisual language, in order to identify the trend productions, the mechanisms of resistance and the bounds established between those representatives and its receiver’s speeches, through their daily live experiences. The research is centered in the analysis of DFTV’s content and receiver’s speeches, understanding the viewer as an individual willing to participate and interact with the received information, building the message’s meaning from its social and cultural environment.
