<p>Disertacija Turističke vrednosti Topličkog kraja obuhvata osnove razvoja turizma na prostoru od 2230 km2, na kome živi oko 110000 stanovnika i koji je prirodno i kulturno-istorijski veoma specifičan. U banjskom turizmu ima dugu tradiciju. Savremeno stanje turizma nije zadovoljavajuće. Toplički kraj u prošlosti je bio na udaru raznih osvajača i za posledicu ima vekovna iseljavanja, malu gustinu naseljenosti i nedovoljnu razvijenost ne samo turizma već i ostalih privrednih delatnosti. Osnovno opredeljenje za razvoj turizma u Topličkom kraju zasniva se na prirodnim i antropogenim vrednostima koje nisu dovoljno iskorišćene. Okosnicu razvoja turizma Topličkog kraja predstavlja Prolom banja koja po ostvarenom prometu spada u red vodećih banja u Srbiji.</p> / <p>The abstract has been processed with OCR optical text recognition technology:</p><p>The dissertation “tourist values of Toplica region ‘ includes the bases of the tourism develompment at the area of 2 230 km2, populated by I 10 000 residents and hisloriccaly and culturally as well as environmentaly a very specific one.<br />It has a reliable infrastructure ,a numbre of tourist reslaruant and other facilities and a long tradition in the spa tourism.Nevertheless , (he present slate of tourism is not satisfactory.Toplica region was tried to be invaded by many invaders in the past and consequently people migrated through ccntui iesahe desity of population is low , and not only is tourism insufficiently developed but other economic branches also.According to the areal functional division of Serbia , Toplica region , that is its upper part belongs to middle Kopaonik zone of high montainous regie ns.The basic determination for tourist development of Toplica region is based on natural and anthropogenic values which have got been enough exploited so far.Devil's city - a curiosity of the world importance , thanks to the insufficient traffic connection and the lack of accomodation facilities in the area is not well enough affirmerd.The basis of tourism development in Toplica region is the spa of Prolom which , according to the tourist circulation is one of the leading spas in Serbia.The receptive basis of the tourist offer of Toplica rcgion( 1967 beds in 1996, of which 956 belonging to public property), is not enough for more intesive develompenl of tourism.By the way , neither the structure of already existing accomodation faci ities meets the requests of modern tourism.The hotel accomodation is usuallytwo - starred , with not enough facilities , whereas complementary accomodation facilities arc in small numbers , insufficiently functionals.and therefore insufficicnty used in the function of tourist development. NATO agression led by America has severely damaged Toploica region.Damage on communicationsystems and accomodation facilities had a catastrophic influence on the decrease of tourist coming and staying , and therefore on the development of tourism too.</p>

Archeologie a turismus v regionu Ústí nad Labem / Archaeology and tourism in Ústí nad Labem regionRauerová, Martina January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with archaeological tourism in the Ústí nad Labem region. Based on scientific literature, the general issues of archeology and tourism are analyzed. The result of this analysis points to the fact, that there are a lot of archaeological tourist destinations in this region. The most attractive ones are presented in this thesis in the form of a tour guide intended for the general public. An opinion poll was coducted as part of the thesis. Based on the poll we can assume that the general awareness of archeology and archaeological tourist destinations in the Ústí region is at an average level. It is safe to say that the public attitude towards archeology is generally positive. Czech castles are especially popular among the archaeological tourist destinations. The most convenient public presentation of archaeological sites is by using information boards with brief descriptions and vivid illustrations. The vast majority of interviewees indicated that they would welcome a higher degree of presentation of historical monuments in the Ústí nad Labem region - for example through a dedicated website. Cestovní ruch jako faktor rozvoje Děčínska / Tourism as a development factor in Decin regionTomášková, Markéta January 2010 (has links)
The aim of thesis is to identify factors for future tourism development in Decin region. The theoretical part deals with general definition of tourism its position in the national economy and also outlines the importance of tourism for the regional and microregional development in Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on tourism in Decin region. Firstly, the basic and supporting infrastructure of tourism is defined by description, the areas of possible further development of the region are identified and the economic impact of tourism on the selected area is hypothesized. Consequently, the range of accommodation facilities and services for tourists in Decin region are evaluated by the questionnaire survey. The representative sample of 13 facilities, ie 10% of total, is randomly selected of the 131 providers of accommodation services. The structure of facilities and the quality of its services is identified by the synthesis of the data. In conclusion, the results may help us to determinate the temporary situation in accommodation services, to indentify the main barriers of the tourist development and to suggest possible improvements and funding for further tourism development in Decin region.

Problemos aktualumas.
Poilsiautojų poreikiai nuolat keičiasi, o dabartinė pasiūla nepatenkina lūkesčių, todėl poilsiautojų poreikių tyrimai yra labai aktualūs, todėl egzistuoja poreikis ištirti kaimo turizmo paslaugas Lietuvoje ir nustatyti, kaip būtų galima padidinti kaimo turizmo paslaugų vartotojų pasitenkinimą, formuojant paslaugų paketą, atitinkantį vartotojo poreikius.
Todėl iškyla klausimas: kaip (tikslingai) suformuoti kaimo turizmo paslaugų paketą?
Tyrimo objektas – kaimo turizmo paslaugų paketas.
Tyrimo tikslas - išsiaiškinti kaimo turizmo paslaugų vartotojų poreikius, kaimo turizmo paslaugų paketo formavimui Lazdijų rajono savivaldybės teritorijoje.
Tyrimo uždaviniai:
1.Apibrėžti kaimo turizmo teikiamų paslaugų sampratą ir esmę.
2.Išanalizuoti kaimo turizmo verslo ypatumus Lietuvoje ir reikalavimus kaimo turizmo paslaugoms teikti.
3.Išanalizuoti kaimo turizmo paslaugų pasiūlą (paslaugas).
4.Nustatyti vartotojų reikalavimus kaimo turizmo paslaugoms.

Anketinė apklausa.
Išvados:
Kaimo turizmas- tai fizinių asmenų teikiama turizmo paslauga, kuria tenkinami sodybos svečių apgyvendinimo, maitinimo ir pramogų organizavimo poreikiai, skirti poilsiautojų rekreacijai bei laisvalaikio leidimui.
Kaimo turizme labiausiai vartotojų vertinama paslauga yra pirtis, galimybė maistą gamintis pačiam, vandens inventoriaus ir sporto inventoriaus nuoma, iš ko ir galima spręsti, kad šios paslaugos vartotojams ypač svarbu sodyboje teikiamos... The needs of the holidaymakers are constantly changing and offers do not always come up to expectations, that is why the research of the needs of holidaymakers is very actual and therefore it is necessary to survey the services of country tourism and to find out how to increase the users of country tourism services satisfaction making the package of services to come up to the needs of holidaymakers.
Therefore, the question is how to make the package of country tourism services.
The object of the research – the package of the country tourism services.
