Dessa forma, para o período 1970-2006, é apresentada uma avaliação da dinâmica setorial da economia fluminense, além dos limites em sua contribuição para o desenvolvimento do país. Apontando as principais mudanças observadas na estrutura econômica estadual, destaca-se: a precariedade de sua agropecuária, ainda de forte cunho tradicional; a elevada terceirização econômica vis-à-vis o retrocesso relativo industrial, herdada de sua especificidade histórica e recrudescida pela forte ¿inchação¿ do setor serviços; e, principalmente, o surgimento de um flagrante processo de desindustrialização, em parte ocultado pela forte expansão da Indústria Petrolífera e da Guerra Fiscal. Nesse ínterim, fica evidenciada a incapacidade de sua forma de acumulação impulsionar um processo de redinamização sistemático e de fortalecimento de seu mercado de trabalho. Por isso, o texto enfatiza a importância e a necessidade de tornar a base produtiva fluminense mais integrada e homogênea, e de reativar a produção nacional, particularmente, através de um mercado interno ampliado / Abstract: This dissertation aims to analyze the recent evolution and the connections of the Rio de Janeiro state¿s economy with the national productive desconcentration phenomenon. Therefore, it is presented a dynamic sectorial evaluation of the state¿s economy during the 1970-2006 period, besides its limits in contributing to brazilian development. Among the main changes observed at the state¿s economic structure, it¿s underlined: the precariousness of agriculture because its traditional dynamic; the high levels of tertiary growth vis-a-vis the relative manufacturing regression, inherited from its historical specificity and amplified by the inflation of the tertiary sector; and, specially, the deindustrialization process partially obscured by the oil industry and the fiscal war. Therefore, it¿s stressed the incapacity of the state¿s capital accumulation in carrying on a systemic dynamization and to strength the local labor market. This text emphasizes the importance and the necessity of making the state¿s productive basis more integrated and homogeneous, and to reactivate the national production through an amplified homeland market / Mestrado / Economia Regional e Urbana / Mestre em Desenvolvimento Econômico
