Baigiamajame darbe projektuojamas logistikos centras „AUTOARENA“, kuris bus statomas Išradėjų g. 6, Šiauliuose. Pastatą sudaro trys pagrindinės funkcinės zonos: garažų, sandėlio ir administracinių patalpų. Pastato bendras plotas 2135,8 m2. Pastatas priskiriamas prie ypatingos paskirties statinių. Architektūrinėje dalyje pateikti bendri statinio rodikliai, techniniai-tūriniai sprendimai bei rekomendacijos. Konstrukcinėje dalyje pateikti 4 konstrukcijų skaičiavimai pagal standartus LST bei techninius Reglamentus STR. Technologinėje dalyje pateikti medžiagų žiniaraščiai bei savaeigio krano parinkimas. Prieduose pateikta šilumos laidumo koeficientų skaičiavimas, konstrukcinės dalies skaičiavimo kompiuterine programa, „Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2011“, ataskaitos bei lokalinė objekto sąmata, kuri suskaičiuota „ProsSama5g“ programa. / In this final work designed logistic center „AUTOARENA“, which will be build in Išradėjų st. 6, Šiauliai. The building consists of 3 main function zone: garages, store and office space. The total area of building 2135,8 m2. The building is assigned to special purpose buildings group. The architectural part presents general indicators of the structure, technical-content solutions and recommendations. Structural part consist 4 structures calculations in accordance with standards LST and technical Regalement STR. The technological part to provide material sheets and self-propelled crane selection. Annexes contain heat transfer coefficient calculation, design calculation of a computer program, "Robot Structural Analysis Professional 2011, localized estimate of building which calculated with “ProsSama5g” program.

Přístavba školy / Extension of School

The content of the thesis is a static design of the supporting parts of the extension of the textbook pavilion of the elementary school in Mirošov. The proposed building is a four-storey reinforced concrete monolithic column construction. The ceilings above the first three floors are designed as cross-reinforced slabs with internal girders. The roof slab consists of a monolithic slab with additionally prestressed beams. The internal forces were calculated using SCIA Engeneer 19.0 and these values were subsequently verified by manual calculation. The design followed the applicable European standards. The result of the work is a static assessment of the object and corresponding drawing documentation.

This thesis covers brand new detached showroom with one basement and two floors. The building is divided into 2 parts, the major part of the first floor sample room (showroom) for a maximum of 13 vehicles, offices and staff facilities salon. On the second floor is located the finance department and exemplary service area. In the basement of this building are public parking garage for 16 vehicles and car accessories stores. The second part of the new building is just overhead. It consists of a private car service for 5 vehicles, stock tires, utility room, car wash and storage of spare parts for cars. Flat roof supporting structure is made of pre-stressed girders reinforced with cross reinforced concrete slab with insulation. Cladding are ventilated insulated facade, supporting part is reinforced. The showroom form the majority of the building envelope glass facade. Finish of floors in office and showroom premises are ceramic tiles. In the Service and garages cast floor resistant to petroleum substances.

The internal forces are obtained from Finite Element Method and are checked with the supplementary frame method. The design of elements is based on internal forces form FInite Element Method. Service limite state is check for the slab. All calculations were performed in accordance with valid standard.

Sportovní areál / Sports complex

The main focus of this thesis is to design the expansion and modernization of a sport complex "U Jezu" for a sport club TJ Roztoky. This thesis is consisted of a study for a territorial agreement. In this study, there are indicated a formation of two playing fields with the artificial surfaces, beach volleyball court proposing two building objects as a base for the entire complex, which consists of garages, storages and a main building. A more detailed design was created for the main building. As the supporting structure of the object, the transverse wall system completed with outdoor columns supporting the cantilevered portion of the ceiling tiles, which are mainly unidirectionally reinforced concrete floor slabs. The supporting structure is based on the strip foundations. The designed building object has two-above ground floors and a ground floor, which will be created by embedding the building object into the hill side. The ground floor is designed for the relaxation and the leisure purposes. Moreover, there is also a technological equipment necessary for the operation of the facility. On the first above ground floor, there are designed locker rooms for athletes, a club room with a kitchen and an accommodation unit for a manager of the complex. The second floor is for the accommodation. There are designed rooms with lounge and office of the president of the sport club. Part of the second floor consists of a terrace. For the roofing, a flat roof with a single-classic sequence of layers is designed. In this thesis, the static is partially solved. Furthermore, the object is evaluated in the terms of lighting, acoustic and thermal requirements as well as requirements for the fire safety of buildings.

Concrete material characteristics have been assessed in laboratory, after visual inspection, diagnostical testing and sample core drilling were made. Findings from laboratory tests are summarized in the conclusion of the thesis. It focuses on an evaluation of current bridge condition and presents various options that will help polong lifetime of the bridge.

This diploma thesis deals with the design and elaboration process of a project documentation of medical center in city Hlinsko. New building is situated in the northern part of the city in the area determined for constructions of public infrastructure. It´s a four-floor object with partial basement and slant mansard and flat vegetative roof.Object is based on foundation strips and footings made from reinforced concrete.The bearing and internal walls are designed from KALKSANDSTEIN lime sand blocks.The beams and collums are used in the placed designed with open disposition.The ceiling in 1.PP is designed as reinforced concrete for securing fire safety.The rest od ceiling constructions is designed from prestressed concrete panels SPIROLL,with exception in 4.NP,where the ceiling constructions are made from solid roof system YTONG KOMFORT,which is layed on frame system made of steel and reinforced concrete.The peripheral walls of 1.PP are made from lost formwork, which is insulated with extruded polystyrene.The walls in floors above ground are insulated with combination of external thermal insulation system (ETICS) and ventilated facade with CEMBRIT SOLID and PATINA facade cladding panels. The building is functionally divided into several part.Cafe, pharmacy, ambulance and medical center, each with it´s own entrance.Pharmacy is equipped with shop, medicine mixer and storage.Ambulance is equipped with garage slots, background for employees, room of crisis preparedness and operating center.Medical centrum is equipped with emergency, RTG, operating theater, rehabilitations and other types of examination rooms.Each examination room is equipped with waiting room.For more comfort the center has a background for employees.The whole object is designed with forced air exchange. Designed object is barrier-free.In front of the building is situated parking slots for cars, motorbikes and ambulances.Total number of slots is 74 places, which 5 is designed for disabled people.
