Les relacions entre els Poders públics i les Entitats religioses en matèria educativa presenten dos elements controvertits dins del nostre sistema educatiu. D’una banda, la titularitat dels centres docents. De l’altra, la ubicació de l’ensenyament de la religió dins del sistema educatiu. La tesi es centra en aquesta segona qüestió. Des d’aquest àmbit, s’estudia: el marc constitucional de les relacions entre Poders públics i Entitats religioses en matèria educativa, el seu desenvolupament històric, el moment present i les perspectives de futur. L’anàlisi es realitza des de quatre vessants: la política, a partir dels debats parlamentaris; la social, mitjançant la premsa; l’acadèmica, des de les publicacions especialitzades; i la curricular, des de diferents documents, procurant ésser el màxim extensa possible. Les conclusions intenten buscar, des de la centralitat de l’alumnat i des de la importància del fenomen religiós en la seva formació i per a la comprensió del món, un plantejament que pugui obtenir un ampli consens social i faciliti la convivència a nivell comunitari / The relationships between public authorities and religious entities in education present two controversial elements in our educational system: the ownership of schools and the role of religious education within the educational system. The thesis focuses on the second question. From this area, we study: the constitutional framework of relations between Public authorities and religious organizations in education, its historical development, the have and future prospects. The analysis is done from four perspectives: politics, from the parliamentary debates; the society through the media; the academic, from specialized publications; and curriculum from different documents, trying to be the most extensive possible. The conclusions are trying to find, from the centrality of the students and the importance of the religious phenomenon in their training and understanding of the world, an approach that can get a broad social agreement and facilitate coexistence at Community level.
