Nesta dissertação, há um levantamento sobre as continuidades e rupturas na representação da arquitetura, para compreender as implicações éticas e estéticas. Serão comparados diacronicamente o Renascimento e a atualidade. O primeiro caracteriza a disjunção entre o design e a construção, o segundo, a Era Digital viabiliza uma nova união, com a representação paramétrica digital. As alterações desse último, de modo sincrônico, oscilam entre os dois modelos, um de código aberto e outro baseado em um sistema fechado ou de autopoeises. O objetivo geral é comparar o conceito de representação paramétrica entre os dois modelos apresentados e sua implicação nas mudanças de percepção para o projeto e sua realização arquitetônica contemporânea. Para auxiliar o alcance do objetivo geral, conta-se com os objetivos específicos que serão revisar diacronicamente acontecimentos históricos, comparando os efeitos da perspectiva geométrica linear no Renascimento e no design paramétrico na Era Digital; aproximar as representações da arquitetura e outros sistemas, com foco nas referências cruzadas entre a arte e a arquitetura; identificar as tensões das representações paramétricas, por meio de exemplos práticos, e o papel das tecnologias nas fab city. A problemática da pesquisa é que na representação paramétrica existe a possibilidade de se alterar a ética e a estética por meio de um código aberto ou um sistema fechado, influenciando a percepção de um novo estilo. A escolha deste tema partiu do interesse em comparar o período Renascentista e a era digital, consolidando-se como um estilo de representação, na ingerência de percepções e quebras de paradigmas arraigados, como catalizador das formas de agir ética e esteticamente. Este trabalho está dividido em três capítulos, o primeiro trata da disjunção entre o design e a construção do projeto e a união de ambos, sincronizando a representação digital entre um sistema fechado e um código aberto na arquitetura. No segundo, constará uma revisão nas ingerências contemporâneas entre a arquitetura e outros sistemas, abordando o conflito entre as percepções do meio global e as mídias envolvidas na tecnologia para troca de informações. O terceiro apresentará uma discussão crítica do saber arquitetônico na relação entre os campos da ética e da estética e suas implicações, identificando tensões nas representações paramétricas. Cada capítulo terá reflexões do próprio autor, culminando nas considerações finais. / These research as theme parametric representation in architecture that changes the perception of ethics and aesthetics between the Renaissance and the actuality, oscillating among an open source and a closed system. In this dissertation, there is a survey about the continuities and ruptures in the representation of architecture, to understand the ethical and aesthetic implications. The Renaissance and modernity will be compared diachronically. The former characterizes the disjunction between design and construction, the second, the Digital Era enables a new union, with digital parametric representation. The changes of the latter, synchronously, oscillate between the two models, one open source and another based on a closed system or autopoeises. The general objective is to compare the concept of parametric representation between the two presented models and its implication in the changes of perception for the project and its contemporary architectural achievement. In order to help achieve the general objective, the specific objectives that will be to diachronically revise historical events, comparing the effects of the linear geometric perspective in Renaissance and parametric design in the Digital Age, are counted; to approximate representations of architecture and other systems, focusing on the cross references between art and architecture; to identify the tensions of parametric representations, through practical examples, and the role of technologies in fab city. The research problem is that in parametric representation there is the possibility of changing ethics and aesthetics through an open source or closed system, influencing the perception of a new style. The choice of this theme started from the interest in comparing the Renaissance period and the digital age, consolidating itself as a style of representation, in the interference of perceptions and breaks of ingrained paradigms, as a catalyst for the ways of acting ethically and aesthetically. This work is divided in three chapters, the first deals with the disjunction between the design and the construction of the project and the union of both, synchronizing the digital representation between a closed system and an open source in the architecture. In the second, there will be a review of the contemporary interference between architecture and other systems, addressing the conflict between the perceptions of the global environment and the media involved in information exchange technology. The third will present a critical discussion of architectural knowledge in the relationship between the fields of ethics and aesthetics and their implications, identifying tensions in parametric representations. Each chapter will have reflections of the author himself, culminating in the final considerations.
