This diploma thesis deals with creating a project proposal of the research center construction according to the required specifications by SEDOX Company Ltd. The theoretical part describes the basic knowledge and tools of a project management – analytical tools for evaluating the financial and time project costs, also risk analysis relating to competitiveness and maintaining on top of the market. The third part is devoted to the current situation of the development application market. There is the complete proposal of the research centre construction, using the tools according to the IPMA (International Project Management Association) that were described in the theoretical part. In conclusion I have presented my own solution suggestions, their benefits, project sustainability, return of the investment cost and also long-term prosperity.

This diploma thesis deals with making business plan for the establishment of restaurant in Frenstat pod Radhostem. There is theoretical basis connected with realizing business plan in first part. Analytical part of the thesis comprises macro and micro environmental analysis at market research to detect potential demand in defined area. Result of business plan is establishment proposal.

This diploma thesis analyzes the information system of the Nešpor Ltd. The theoretical part pursues definitions of information systems and description of basic types. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current state, find the risks associated with the information system and propose measures to improve the initial state.

The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of inforamtion systems of selected company with the support of Business Intelligence tools in the field of economical and financial risks. Theoretical points are focused on the use of new trends in the field of BI. Further theoretical part is the area of risk management. The practical part will analyze the current state of a particular company. The aim is to design analytical and reporting support services with Business Intelligence tools in financial risk for their effective assessment and management.

Tato práce se zabývá znečištěním ovzduší pevnými prachovými částicemi v lokalitách města Brna. V teoretické části je pojednáno o možných zdrojích prachových částic, o chemickém složení a velikostní klasifikaci polétavých částic a dalších fyzikálně-chemických charakteristikách. Další část je věnována zdravotním rizikům prašnosti. V této souvislosti práce pojednává o anatomii dýchacího systému a účincích prachu na něj. Jsou taktéž rozebrány zdravotní efekty prachového znečištění, včetně uvedení možných nemocí respiračního a kardiovaskulárního systému, jejichž může být prach příčinou. V praktické části byl proveden sběr prachu. Byly vybrány celkem čtyři lokality, kde byly prováděny odběry vzorků. Následně byly stanoveny koncentrace polétavých částic PM10 a PM2,5. Dále byly u vybraných lokalit stanoveny koncentrace těžkých kovů a polyaromatických uhlovodíků vázaných na prachových částicích. V závěru bylo provedeno srovnání s legislativou a stanovena zdravotní rizika.

The subject of this thesis is the issue of valuation of environmental damage. The first part describes the current status (risk from mobile sources, their analysis and evaluation methods of damage assessment, legislation). It is obvious that the given issue is a hot topic and needs to be addressed. The next section describes the materials and methods to solve the issue and description of a model example to award damages. The aim is to build such a method that modeled appreciate the damage and then is applicable to a real problem. It also includes an analysis of risk. The method is based on the general approach Sejak, namely table is used with specific numbers for the injury calculations. In conclusion, it is concluded that the objective has been achieved, and the match was awarded a shame not financially financially. The recommendation is to use or improve a method for real crashes mobile sources in practice.

The selection of the supplier is realized by the use of fuzzy logic. Theoretical bases are also described in this dissertation. Moreover, there is an analysis of the risks and a proposal for the solution to this problem in the Microsoft Excel and Matlab programmes. The result of the dissertation should provide an instrument for objective evaluation of the suppliers, which is the company in collaboration with.

This diploma thesis is focused on structural progression of massive wooden structures, requirements to contemporary massive wooden structures, development of carpentry joints and connecting instruments used in constructions and reconstructions of these buildings, and analysis of risks connected with reconstructions of selected historical wooden structures. Another item of this thesis concerns on evaluation of possible risks in particular connecting instruments that are used in massive wooden structures per the FMEA method. The main content of thesis includes a description of selected historical wooden structures, options of their damages, forms of remediation and a description of possible risks and measures in reconstructions. In conclusion the thesis focuses on comparison of historical massive wooden structures and comparable new buildings.

The thesis is focused on the issue of black swans in the water structure. More detail risks and hazard dam. History has shown us that sophisticatedly structure as dam is not perfect. Failure can cause weather, natural disaster, bad chance or deliberate attack. A detailed analysis of the current situation, I mapped historic dam failure, which can cause black swan. In thesis is a reseach on knowledge of the population in this issue. Based on the analysis and obteined information was proposed measures to improve the situation.
