En el presente artículo, el autor realiza un atento examen del término responsable, valiéndose para ello de un análisis histórico-jurídico. Así pues, se precisa que en un comienzo el hecho de responder no implicaba como condición necesaria culpa alguna. Será posteriormente con el desarrollo del Derecho canónico, para ser más precisos con la moral cristiana, que el término responsable adquirirá una connotación moral. In this article, the author makes a careful examination of the term responsible, relying on historical and legal analysis. In consequence, it is states that initially the fact of be responsible not implies guilt. It will be later with the development of Canon law, more precisely with Christian morality, that the term responsible acquires a moral connotation.
