O presente trabalho se propôs a dialogar com parte da apreciação teórico-crítica sobre o gênero que surge na literatura brasileira na década de 70: o romance-reportagem, caracterizado como neorrealista ou puramente documental. A fim de lançar novas perguntas frente a essas valorações negativas sobre o gênero, realizamos um estudo acerca dele, partindo de obras dos escritores Fernando Gabeira e José Louzeiro, especialmente dos romances Sinais de vida no planeta Minas e Os amores da Pantera. No primeiro capítulo, a fim de traçar esse percurso, fizemos um comentário de parte das correntes críticas que inseriram o romance-reportagem no rol dos gêneros desprestigiados para, em seguida, expor os conceitos ligados à literatura pós-moderna nos quais nos apoiamos para aventar a hipótese que eles se encontrariam nas obras om o objetivo de, então, apresentar minimamente as características que entendemos como intrínsecas ao gênero. No segundo capítulo, traçamos uma breve discussão acerca dos limites da representação e os questionamentos pós-modernos acerca deles, a fim de pensarmos o romance de José Louzeiro. Por fim, no terceiro e último capítulo, procuramos analisar a complexificação na apropriação do fato noticioso no romance de Fernando Gabeira, a fim de aproximar o narrador da noção barthesiana de scriptor para diferenciá-lo daquele do romance de Louzeiro, no tocante à organização do fato noticioso e da incorporação da retórica jornalística. / This work aimed to propose a discussion with some of the theoretical and critical evaluation of the genre that emmerges in Brazilian literature in the 70\'s: the \"romance-reportagem\", which was largelly characterized as \"neorealist\" or \"purely documentary.\" In order to raise new questions facing these negative valuations on the genre, we conducted a study on it, starting from the works of the writers Fernando Gabeira and José Louzeiro, especially the novels Sinais de vida no planeta Minas and Os amores da Pantera. In the first chapter, in order to establish this discussion, we did a review of some of the critical tendencies that defined the \"romance-reportagem\" as a discredited, then expose the concepts related to postmodern literature on which we rely for sustain the hypothesis that they could be observed in the novels in order to after that, outline the characteristics we think are intrinsic to the genre. In the second chapter, we trace a brief discussion about the limits of representation and postmodern questions about them, so that we can discuss them in the novel by José Louzeiro. Finally, the third and final chapter, we analyzed the complexity of the appropriation of factual truth in Gabeiras novel and its narrator, in order to analyse its similiarities with Barthes\' concept of scriptor and to differentiate this narrator from the one in Louzeiros novel, regarding the elaboration of journalistic rhetorics.

The research focuses on understanding the nature of resistance and social denunciation of the narrative written by journalist from Maranhão, taking as corpus the work Aracelli, meu amor – Um anjo espera a justiça dos homens, published in 1976. We tried to make a reflection on the construction of the report of the nature of testimony, supporting the analysis on the assumption that relations between memory and forgetting are present in text narratives, pointing out possible contributions of the writer for the consolidation of the debate about the theme of childhood helpless in Brazil. The narrative of resistance of José Louzeiro, in addition to provide the coping and the analysis of themes muffled by the dictatorial government, produced constructions with aesthetic effects of the thoroughness of the work of counting and by textual fabric, marked by the journalistic bias. / Essa dissertação aborda aspectos significativos da produção de romances-reportagem pelo escritor José Louzeiro, publicados durante o regime de ditadura civil-militar, vigente no Brasil entre 1964 e 1985. A pesquisa tem como foco compreender o caráter de resistência e de denúncia social da narrativa escrita pelo jornalista maranhense, tomando como corpus a obra Aracelli, meu amor – Um anjo espera a justiça dos homens, publicada em 1976. Buscou-se fazer uma reflexão sobre a construção do relato de natureza testemunhal, amparando-se as análises no pressuposto de que as relações entre memória e esquecimento estão presentes em textos narrativos, apontando-se possíveis contribuições do escritor para a consolidação do debate acerca da temática da infância desamparada no Brasil. A narrativa de resistência de José Louzeiro, além de propiciar o enfrentamento e a análise de temas abafados pelo governo ditatorial, produziu construções com efeitos estéticos pelo rigor do trabalho apurativo e pela tessitura textual, marcados pelo viés jornalístico.

Desta forma, temos o interesse de, no cerne do processo da tradução/adaptação, investigar relações discursivas entre o factual e o ficcional que marcam tanto o livro quanto o filme, analisando a presença de traços de reportagem jornalística na obra literária e de cinema documental na obra Fílmica. / This project intends to focus the problematic that permeates the adaptation of literary works to the audiovisual media, more specifically, the brazilian cinema, through the analysis of book Elite‟s Troop, from Luiz Eduardo Soares, André Batista and Rodrigo Pimentel and your cinematographic transition Elite Squad, directed by José Padilha. In this way, we have the interest of investigating the discursive relations between the factual and the fictional that mark both the book and the film, analyzing the presence of traits of journalistic reporting in the literary work and documentary film in the film work.
