Left from the study of the lawful mark of the Federal Constitution from the 1988 and Social Welfare Work s Organic Law from 1993. Like that approached the evolotion of the social right s in the Brazil and the constitution of the Social Welfare Work s National Council and anybody else Welfare Work s Council. Analised like that the São Paulo city, and it evolution in the history. Analised the Social Welfare Work s institutions and organizations the consistes of the São Paulo s Comas and the application of the social-welfare-work rights, in the PNAS/04, by them institutions / Este trabalho dedica-se a investigar e identificar a repercussão da implantação da Política Nacional de Assistência Social (PNAS/04) nas entidades e organizações de Assistência Social que compõem o Comas da cidade de São Paulo, na gestão de 2008 a 2010 a partir dos direitos socioassistenciais contidos na Política Nacional. Partiu do estudo do marco legal da Constituição Federal de 1988 e da Lei Orgânica da Assistência Social de 1993. Para isso abordou a evolução dos direitos sociais no Brasil e da constituição do Conselho Nacional de Assistência Social (CNAS) e demais Conselhos de Assistência. Analisou ainda a cidade de São Paulo, e sua evolução na história. Analisou as entidades e organizações de Assistência Social que compõem o Comas de São Paulo e a aplicação dos direitos socioassistenciais, contidos na PNAS/04, por essas entidades
