The Master thesis Global talent management in Schindler Company aims to map the concept of the career programme in Schindler Company SCDP (Schindler Career Development Programme) and to assess the feedback of programme participants based on the survey among participants. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part of the thesis consists of theoretical knowledge on talent management and work with talents. Basic and key terms that are crucial for deeper introduction to the topic are defined in this part as well. The second part already has a practical character and it is dedicated to the program. Its particular phases, objectives and specifics are defined. The research part is based on the survey completed by participants of the programme. The programme is assessed based on the evaluation of the survey and recommendations for its improvement are proposed. The benefit of this thesis is the provision of survey results and recommendations for programme improvements, which can help Schindler with better understanding on their talents´ attitude.

SCDP as an important regulatory system to enable the expansion of extracurricular activities of Col?gio Agr?cola Dom Agostinho Ikas - CODAI/UFRPE, due to its location in the urban area, and in order to meet the curriculum requirements of the technical course in Agriculture, managing the accommodation and travel tickets offered to support the teachers in their practical lessons, field classes and technical visits. We aim to analyze the functionality of SCDP, barriers and potentials in CODAI. We chose a qualitative approach, to be appropriate to the study in question. As a data collection technique, we applied semi-structured interviews with 06 (six) teachers who use the system regularly, and then we did the content analysis. The results confirmed the need and importance of using SCDP, as a support system for the technical and technological professional education environment of CODAI / UFRPE. / Nesta pesquisa procuramos destacar o uso do Sistema de Concess?o de Di?rias e Passagens ? SCDP, como um sistema normativo importante para possibilitar a expans?o das atividades extraclasse do Col?gio Agr?cola Dom Agostinho Ikas - CODAI/UFRPE, devido a sua localiza??o na ?rea urbana, e para atender ?s exig?ncias curricular do Curso T?cnico em Agropecu?ria, na concess?o de di?rias e passagens para os docentes realizarem suas aulas pr?ticas, aulas de campo e visitas t?cnicas. Temos como objetivo, analisar a funcionalidade do SCDP, seus entraves e possibilidades no CODAI. Elegemos uma abordagem qualitativa, por estar apropriada ao estudo em quest?o, utilizamos como t?cnica de coleta de dados, a aplica??o de uma entrevista semiestruturada, com 06 (seis) docentes que utilizam o sistema com regularidade, e em seguida, fizemos a an?lise de conte?do. Os resultados comprovaram a necessidade e import?ncia do uso do SCDP que funciona como suporte para melhorias no ambiente da educa??o profissional t?cnica e tecnol?gica do CODAI/UFRPE, atendendo as suas popula??es.

Seus objetivos específicos são: i) Caracterizar a atual sistemática de compra de diárias e passagens aéreas pela UFRN e identificar seus entraves e falhas; ii) Caracterizar o Sistema de Concessão de Diárias e Passagens (SCDP) como ferramenta que proporciona economia, eficiência, agilidade e atendimento a princípios éticos na Administração; iii) Comparar a eficiência do SCDP em relação às atuais tramitação e execução dos processos referidos; iv) Identificar as atividades relacionadas à fase de implantação do SCDP e estabelecer uma sequência estratégica para a execução dessas atividades, através de contato com o Ministério do Planejamento, Desenvolvimento e Gestão e Superintendência de Informática da UFRN. Este diagnóstico justifica-se, de um lado, pela redução de tempo e custos (Economicidade), e, de outro, pela obrigatoriedade de a instituição atender aos ditames legais estabelecidos pelo governo (Legalidade). Pretende criar subsídios para futuras pesquisas acerca do tema estudado, visto que se trata de um assunto tão pouco debatido, mas de imensurável importância às instituições públicas, as quais devem estar cientes de sua responsabilidade para com a sociedade. / The present diagnostic has, as general objective, analyze the institutional obstacles that impede the implementation of the "Daily Allowances and Passages Concession System " at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte, as well as the solutions for the institution to supplant them, evaluating the impacts of the intended implementation. Her specific objectives are: i) Characterize the current system of buying daily and passages by UFRN and identify her obstacles and failures; ii) Characterize the Daily Allowances and Passages Concession System (SCDP) as a tool that provides economy, efficiency, agility and compliance with ethical principles in Administration; iii) Compare the efficiency of the SCDP in relation to the current processing and execution of the mentioned processes; iv) Identify the activities related to the implementation phase of the SCDP and establish a strategic sequence for the execution of these activities, through contact with the Ministry of Planning, Development and Management and UFRN’s IT Superintendence. This diagnostic is justified, on the one hand, by the reduction of time and costs (Economics), and, on the other, by the institution's obligation to comply with the legal dictates established by the government (Legality). Intends to create subsidies for future researches on the studied subject, because it is a subject that is so little debated, but of immeasurable importance to public institutions, which must be aware of their responsibility towards society.

As Instituições de Ensino Superior são organizações complexas e extremamente relevantes para a sociedade moderna. Analisar aspectos administrativos de uma organização de natureza pública é além de enriquecedor, necessário, pois são mantidas por recursos públicos cada vez mais escassos. O uso dos sistemas de informações permite que o erário público seja melhor gerido. Nesse contexto, o presente estudo buscou analisar até que ponto o Sistema de Concessão de Diárias e Passagens auxilia os ordenadores de despesas da Universidade Federal de Campina Grande no processo de tomada de decisão na concessão de diárias e passagens. Quanto a metodologia, trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa e estudo de campo, exploratório-descritiva que coletou os dados através de um questionário aplicado aos ordenadores de despesas, para realizar uma análise temática e categorial dos dados. A apreciação dos resultados possibilitou traçar o perfil dos ordenadores de despesas da UFCG, e confirmar que os mesmos utilizam relatórios e dados gerenciais do SCDP no processo decisório. Ao descobrir a maneira que os gestores priorizam as concessões de viagens, foi proposta uma lista de prioridades que pode ser aplicada na instituição. Os modelos de tomada de decisão preponderantes, reaplicando os estudos de estudos correlatos de Leitão (1991), Simão (2001) e Sorgetz (2016), foram o Burocrático e Colegiado. O potencial de Sistema de Apoio à Decisão do SCDP é reconhecido pelos decisores, embora ainda não exista a implantação do perfil operacional na instituição. Apesar de menosprezar esse potencial, conclui-se que o SCDP auxilia o processo decisório dos ordenadores de despesa ao conceder diárias e passagens e mesmo com predominância, não há modelo capaz de sozinho, contemplar todo processo de tomada de decisão. Recomenda-se estudos futuros em instituições com o módulo de apoio a decisão do SCDP implantado para confrontar com este estudo ou ratificar o entendimento comportamental do processo decisório na concessão de diárias e passagens em IES públicas. / Deciding is a constant throughout the life of any person and with the advancement of the Management sciences, Decision Making has gained notoriety. Higher Education Institutions (HEI) are complex and extremely relevant organizations for modern society. Analyzing administrative aspects of an organization of a public nature is beyond enriching, necessary, as they are maintained by increasingly scarce public resources. The use of information systems allows the public treasury a better managed. In this context, the present study sought to analyze the extent to which the Sistema de Concessão de Diárias e Passagens (Daily Travel Allowance System - SCDP) helps the managers of the Universidade Federal de Campina Grande (Federal University of Campina Grande - UFCG) in the decision-making process in the concession of daily travels and tickets. As for the methodology, this is a qualitative research and field study, exploratory-descriptive that collected the data through an evaluation questionnaire applied to the expenses administrators, to perform a thematic and categorical analysis of the data. The results analyze made it possible to trace a profile of the UFCG's expenses administrators and confirm that they use reports and management data from the SCDP in the decision-making process. By discovering how managers prioritize travel grants, a list of priorities that can be applied at the institution has been proposed. The prevailing decision-making models, re-applying the related studies of Leitão (1991), Simão (2001) and Sorgetz (2016), were the Bureaucratic and Collegiate. Decision-makers recognize the potential of the SCDP like a Decision Support System, although the operational profile has not been implemented in the institution yet. Although this potential is underestimated, it can be concluded that the SCDP assists the decision-making process of the managers granting daily travels and tickets, even with predominance, there is no model capable of alone, contemplating every decision-making process. Recommend future studies in institutions with the SCDP decision support module deployed to confront this study or ratify the behavioral understanding of the decision-making process in the granting of diaries and passages in public HEIs.
