Nitruración en baño de sales

En la presente tesis, se exponen las observaciones obtenidas en el estudio experimental de la nitruración, sobre varios materiales ferrosos. Al practicar la nitruración en diferentes condiciones, se ha obtenido información útil sobre la influencia real de los factores que interviene en el proceso y el estado del material a nitrurar. Atención especial, se ha prestado ala determinación de las durezas en las capas nitruradas utilizando una pequeña carga de 100gr La Nitruración de algunos aceros con pequeñas cantidades de elementos endurecedores (CR, MN, V Y AL), nos ilustra sobre el incremento de dureza en la superficie y la cantidad presente de estos. Se ha realizado un estudio sistemático de un acero en especial de nitruración , con el fin de apreciar la influencia del tratamiento de nitruración sobre la dureza, profundidad de la capa de compuestos y la profundidad total, para esto ha sido necesario: Realizar análisis químicos , ensayos de durezas y análisis metalografico.
