O presente trabalho foi realizado com o objetivo de selecionar rizobactérias que promovem o controle da murcha-de-esclerócio sem afetar o crescimento das plantas de tomateiro e verificar se o mecanismo de antiobiose e a inibição da difusão do ácido oxálico têm relação com a capacidade de controle. / The southern blight caused by Sclerotium rolfsii is one of the most important diseases of tomato in tropical countries.
