Advances in Telemetry Capability as Demonstrated on an Affordable Precision Mortar

Don, Michael L. 10 1900 (has links)
ITC/USA 2011 Conference Proceedings / The Forty-Seventh Annual International Telemetering Conference and Technical Exhibition / October 24-27, 2011 / Bally's Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Nevada / This paper presents three telemetry techniques demonstrated on an affordable precision mortar that allowed the guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) system to be effectively analyzed. The first is a technique for the real-time integration and extraction of GPS data into a sensor telemetry stream. The second is a method for increasing telemetry bandwidth by saving a short period of high rate data and then broadcasting it over the rest of the flight test. Lastly, I present an on-board data storage implementation using a MicroSD card.

Inerciální navigační jednotka / Inertial Navigation Unit

Dvořák, Jan Unknown Date (has links)
This thesis is focused on the design and realisation of inertial navigation unit INS. The unit is capable to measure, store and send data to a PC in real-time for a later offline processing. The first part of the thesis introduces the reader with the basic principles of accelerometers, gyroscopes and MEMS sensors. An introduction to coordinate systems and measuring errors is also included. The second and third part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the solution and the implementation of the INS unit. The fourth part of the document is dedicated to the software for the INS unit. This thesis concludes with explanation how the gathered data are processed.

Patalpos mikroklimato duomenų surinkimo įrenginys / Indoor microclimate data logger

Šidlauskas, Paulius 04 August 2011 (has links)
The entire countries world wide including Lithuania is undergoing rapid evolution of electronic development, including indoor microclimate monitoring. Today’s modern technology allows not only receive digital data from sensors, but also to consistently monitor it, maintain the desired data storing period and use it for climate control management. Indoor climate data monitoring devices were used for this work. Electronics Bachelor thesis topic is – “Indoor microclimate data logger”. The main task of the work is – to design and manufacture this model device. Following similar projects and technology reviews this device operating principle was chosen: electronic, digital sensors are used to collect information about weather condition; memory card is used to register parameters; real-time monitoring is done using internet, all data appears in Web page by Ethernet support.

Řízení laserových diod s využitím mikrokontroléru AVR / Laser diodes controller utilizing AVR microcontroller

Boštík, Jiří January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with the design and subsequent realization of laser diode control devices. The circuit will be able to control the diode with using a laser driver, via a computer network or via the display for control current values, setting of initial values and more. The device will be connected also with a SD card for saving of settings. In the theoretical part there are described individual components that are needed for functionality of the device. The practical part contains a block diagram, in which is described complete feature of the device, then a draft scheme with a description of all integrated circuits and important components. At the end of this work is described the software that controls the entire designed device.

Elektronický monitorovací systém pro motorová vozidla / Electronic monitoring system for motor vehicles

Pospíšil, Martin January 2012 (has links)
This thesis is about construction of a monitoring unit for motor vehicles. The unit is equipped with microcontroller, graphical LCD for displaying all measured values, GPS module and SD card slot. For measuremet of motor RPM, various methods of connecting to the motor are supported. Temperature is measured with few DS18B20 sensors, picking up engine temp, outsider and inside temp. GPS module is for measuring speed and height above MSL. All measured values can be recorded on SD card for future analysis on PC.

Ambulantní monitor srdečního rytmu / Ambulatory ECG Holter Monitor

Majerík, Peter January 2014 (has links)
The thesis deals with design of the device for monitoring four signals from the probes for scanning ECG, PPG and heart pressure. The thesis is mainly focused on hardware design of the device and the most important part is the selection of the storage media to which will be the data recorded and the selection of the microprocessor which has to be able to meet the requirements of the device. For the data recording is used SD card and the ARM based MCU was selected from the AT91SAM7S series. This thesis also deals with the software design for MCU which is needed to launch the device and with design of PC applications used for setting the device and for downloading the measured data. At the end there are presented results of the constructed device.

Měřič spotřeby elektrické energie / Electricity Consumption Measuring Appliance

Hájek, Zdeněk January 2011 (has links)
This thesis describes the designing and development of electricity consumption meter. First of all, a theoretical basis necessary for understanding a physical principle of measured subject is introduced. In the next part a suitable way of measuring in context of embedded devices is being looked for. Some of peripheral devices useful for project are described briefly. Then follows the detailed description of concept, that in the following part transforms to hardware design. Next part documents creation of the fi rmware. By the end of this thesis the project testing is described as well as the resume of gathered knowledge.
