Compte tenu des attentes en termes de développements durables, de nouvelles solutions technologiques sont adoptées dans les bâtiments à basse consommation énergétique permettant de réduire considérablement les déperditions par ponts thermiques. Il s’agit des rupteurs thermiques, nouvelles jonctions entre porteurs verticaux et horizontaux constituées de matériaux innovants. Parallèlement à l’évolution des réglementations thermiques dans les bâtiments, la nouvelle définition de l’aléa sismique en France oblige les concepteurs à intégrer le cas de chargement sismique dans les dimensionnements de bâtiments dans une grande majorité du territoire métropolitain. Ces innovations technologiques nécessitent donc des études approfondies de leur comportement mécanique lors d’événements accidentels tels que les tremblements de terre. Au regard des enjeux sociétaux et économiques, il est d’une grande importance d’être capable d’apprécier la contribution de nouvelles solutions techniques à la vulnérabilité du bâti aux séismes. Pour cela, il est nécessaire de procéder à des analyses probabilistes pour la construction, par exemple de courbes de fragilité de structures sous sollicitations sismiques: structures étant composées ou non de rupteurs thermiques. L’objectif de ce travail est donc de proposer l’ensemble d’une méthodologie notamment les outils numériques, en termes de modèles mécaniques, susceptibles de répondre aux attentes de l’ingénierie dans la quantification de l’évolution des marges de résistance en intégrant différents types de rupteurs thermiques dans les bâtiments. Pour cela, différentes étapes, combinant modélisations numériques et expérimentations sont abordées afin d’élaborer un modèle numérique simplifié. Ce dernier doit être riche en termes de phénomènes mécaniques et efficace numériquement pour réaliser rapidement un nombre important de calculs nonlinéaires à l’échelle de bâtiment en tenant compte des aspects aléatoires. / Nowadays sustainable constructions imply an objective of energetic performances by reducing the level of thermal conduction. The thermal-break elements, an innovative technological element is under study in several countries in Europe. If the thermal benefits have already been proved, the mechanical effects of such a wall-slab connection in a building for the seismic risk have not been assessed. To evaluate the building seismic vulnerability modifications due to these thermal breaks, experimental and numerical developments have to be performed. An experimental campaign is proposed to evaluate the seismic ability of such structural elements and a simplified modelling is proposed aiming at developing numerical framework able to handle parametrical and probabilistic approaches for structural analysis. This model is also validated in dynamic case by using the Pseudodynamic testing.

The aim of this work is a static analysis of the reinforced concrete frame structure loaded by the effects of seismic loading. The work deals with the solution of multi-storey reinforced concrete structure designed for common loading conditions and further for possibilities of strengthening of the structure on effect of seismic loading. In the first phase of the work, the static analysis and the design of the main load-bearing elements of the frame structure (columns and main girder) were carried out for the ultimate limit state for the standard design load. In the second phase, the static analysis of the structure for the effects of accidental actions from low and high seismicity was performed and it was assessed whether the main load-bearing elements of the structure would continue to comply. Given that the structure did not satisfy the accidental actions of seismic loading, various ways of structure strengthening were designed and analyzed for their impact on the global and local behaviour of the structure. Also the designing of additional steps for structural reliability were performed. Static analyzes were performed in Scia Engineering and RFEM Dlubal software.

La presente tesis se estudia el fenómeno de licuefacción del material de relave en la presa zona norte en la mina cobriza, considerando que está sometida a una carga sísmica, valor obtenido a partir de un análisis de peligro sísmico considerando las fuentes sismogénicas históricas de la zona y posteriormente se determina una aceleración mínima necesaria donde iniciaría el proceso de licuefacción.
Esta tesis tiene por objetivo identificar los factores que influyen en la falla por licuación en el material de relave Zona Norte en la mina Cobriza para evitar problemas de contaminación de suelos, calidad de agua y la posibilidad de ocasionar problemas en la planta concentradora que se encuentra al pie de la presa.
Asimismo, se presenta información de definiciones sobre el fenómeno de licuación de suelos y mencionan casos históricos conocidos tanto a nivel mundial como en el Perú sobre los efectos ocasionados por este fenómeno.
Posteriormente, se mencionan los estudios realizados para el reconocimiento y caracterización geotécnica del material de relave, así como el procesamiento de dicha información para poder evaluar el potencial de licuación donde se obtiene un factor de seguridad, el cual es un número que representa el potencial de licuefacción en el suelo.
Finalmente, se concluye que los resultados demuestran la existencia de un alto potencial de licuación del material de relave en la presa zona norte en la mina cobriza considerando una aceleración de las fuentes sismogénicas históricas y se calcula un factor de seguridad de licuefacción de valor promedio de 1.3, con la finalidad de determinado la aceleración mínima necesaria donde iniciaría el proceso de licuefacción del material de relave.
This thesis studies the phenomenon of liquefaction of tailings material in the dam in the northern copper mine is studied, considering that is subjected to a seismic load value obtained from a seismic hazard analysis considering the historic earthquake of gene sources area and then a necessary minimum acceleration which begin the process of liquefaction is determined.
This thesis aims to identify the factors that influence the failure by liquefaction in the North Zone tailings material in the Cobriza mine to avoid problems of soil pollution, water quality and the ability to cause problems in the concentrator plant found at the foot of the dam.
Also, information on the definition of soil liquefaction phenomenon occurs both known and mentioned about the effects caused by this global phenomenon and Peru historical cases.
Subsequently, studies for the recognition and geotechnical characterization of the tailings material and processing of such information are mentioned in order to assess the potential of liquefaction where a safety factor, which is a number that represents the potential is obtained soil liquefaction.
Finally, we conclude that the results show that there is a high potential for liquefaction of tailings material in the dam north in the copper mine considering an acceleration of historical seismic sources and a safety factor of liquefaction average value is calculated 1.3, in order to set the required minimum acceleration which begin the process of liquefaction of tailings material.

The thesis deals with the analysis and standard check of structural steel connections subjected to seismic loads. Analysis is based on a software solution and standard check is performed according to standard requirements and formulas. The first part deals with the theory of seismic load. There are described the general knowledges about the earthquake and the method of determining the effects of seismic loading on buildings according to the EN 1998-1. In the second part of the thesis is made design and check seismically loaded multi-storey steel building. Design is based on recommendations of the EN 1998-1 and some recommendations of research. In the third part is the analysis, verification and check of steel joints, which are contained in the structure designed in the second part of the thesis. On the basis results of analyses of indivudual connections are defined recommendations and requirements for the use and design structural steel connections subjected to seismic loads.

In this diploma thesis the seismic load on two different models is solved – the first model is a beam hall and the second model is a multistory building. The calculation of seismic load was performed according to standard ČSN EN 1998-1 (Eurocode 8) using the response spectrum analysis and the method of equivalent static forces (substi-tute load). For the combination of seismic responses in different directions are used SRSS and CQC rules. Models and calculations were solved in a student’s version of program RFEM 4.10 (Ing. Software Dlubal, s.r.o.). The comparison of mentioned methods in each models, also the comparison of combinative rules in calculation and the final evaluation of seismic responses on both of models are the subject of this thesis.
