El objetivo de nuestro estudio estuvo orientado a analizar si las sentencias emitidas por los Juzgados Penales de Primera Instancia del Distrito Judicial de Ayacucho reúnen las condiciones establecidas por el precedente Villasis, para lo cual se utilizó el enfoque cualitativo de la investigación en la medida que considera procesos interpretativos en el procesamiento de la información. La muestra considera el análisis y evaluación de expedientes emitidos por los juzgados penales de primera instancia referido a la comisión de diferentes delitos, por lo mismo el diseño de investigación utilizado corresponde al estudio de caso. La metodología empleada se ciñe a los procedimientos metodológicos del análisis de contenido y el procesamiento de la información apela a técnicas. Los resultados de nuestro estudio demuestran que las sentencias judiciales emitidas por los Juzgados Penales de Primera Instancia del Distrito Judicial de Ayacucho no reúnen las condiciones establecidas por el precedente Villasis, relacionados a los criterios de orden, claridad, coherencia, congruencia y adecuada fundamentación jurídica contenidos en la Ley de la Carrera Judicial. / The aim of our study was aimed to analyze whether the judgments issued by the Criminal Courts of First Instance of the Judicial District of Ayacucho meet the conditions set by the preceding Villasis, for which the qualitative research approach was used to the extent it considers interpretative processes in the information processing. The exhibition considers the analysis and evaluation of dossiers issued by criminal courts of first instance referred to the commission of various crimes, therefore the research design used corresponds to the case study. The methodology used is limited to the methodological procedures of content analysis and processing of information appeals to techniques. The results of our study show that judgments issued by the Criminal Courts of First Instance of the Judicial District of Ayacucho do not meet the conditions set by the Villasis above, related to the criteria of order, clarity, coherence, consistency and adequate legal basis content the Law on the Judiciary. / Tesis
