The comics drawing, done to stimulate the people’s laughing, can hide the ideology of its core message due to the different possibilities of being interpreted. The production of this material is fed by the up to date political and social happenings. It uses a discursive format which allows the manifestation of ideological formation. The comics drawing provide the basics representation of the facts in order to show the world. In the process of presenting the news, it cans, at the same time, present the information a different way and, also, it may hide some meanings which characterize it as polyphonic discourse and dialogue. In its essence, comics drawing use preknown information written previously in somewhere else. Playing with meanings, the comic drawing discourse, builds a mosaic of said words which provides different interpretation of the facts. The objective of this study is to understand how the discursive formation of the released comic drawing of Cao Hering at Jornal de Santa Catarina can constitute a relation with inter-discourse. This study has been done in the perspective of inter-discursive and the dialogism way. A produção de material chargístico se alimenta dos últimos acontecimentos políticos e sociais e se pauta em formações discursivas que permitem a manifestação de formações ideológicas que fornecem as representações necessárias para ver e dizer o mundo. Ao proporcionar uma releitura das notícias, ao mesmo tempo em que sugere, a charge esconde significados, constituindo-se como um discurso polifônico e dialógico. Nele, a memória discursiva restabelece saberes pré-construídos, trazendo consigo um percurso de leitura já escrito discursivamente em outro lugar. É neste jogo de sentidos que o discurso chargístico se constrói como um mosaico de já- ditos, como uma trama tecida a partir de inscrições históricas, sociais e ideológicas que reclamam novos significados. O objetivo desta análise é compreender como a formação discursiva de charges produzidas pelo chargista Cao Hering e publicadas pelo Jornal de Santa Catarina se constitui na relação com o interdiscurso – a memória do dizer, sentidos do que é dizível e circula na sociedade.
