Parte-se da concepção que o/a estudante vivencia a dimensão investigativa e interventiva da profissão quando realiza essa atividade, daí a importância da supervisão de campo e acadêmica nesse processo para propiciar a reflexão, análise crítica das condições objetivas e subjetivas que permeiam o trabalho profissional. Esse estudo tem por objetivo identificar os rebatimentos do estágio supervisionado na formação profissional do/a estudante do curso de Serviço Social da Fundação Educacional de Fernandópolis (FEF). A perspectiva metodológica para a apreensão do objeto de estudo está associada a uma visão de Homem e de Mundo fundamentada no Projeto Ético-Político do Serviço Social e a matriz teórico-metodológica refere-se ao pensamento social crítico. A pesquisa está teoricamente fundamentada nos marcos históricos da profissão enfatizando o processo de formação profissional do/a Assistente Social na contemporaneidade, analisando o estágio supervisionado a partir das Diretrizes Curriculares de 1996 e projeto ético-político da profissão. Para o alcance do objetivo desse estudo, utilizou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e de campo com abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa, tendo como sujeitos os/as supervisores/as de campo e acadêmicos/as. O estudo mostrou a necessidade dessa atividade ser sistematizada e amplamente discutida em tempos de precarização da educação e trabalho profissional para o fortalecimento dos sujeitos envolvidos nesse processo, visando o enfrentamento dessa realidade na direção de uma formação profissional competente, com qualidade, condicionada ao projeto ético-político profissional / This study discusses the supervised training of a social worker. We started from the idea that a student experiences the investigative dimension of the profession and intervention when performing this activity, hence the importance of supervision in this academic field and process to promote reflection, critical analysis of objective and subjective conditions that permeate the professional work . This study aims to identify the repercussions of supervised training in professional formation of a student of Social Service of Educational Foundation of Fernandópolis (FEF), in São Paulo State (Brazil). The methodological approach to the apprehension of the object of study is associated with a vision of Man and the World based on the ethical-political project of social work of which theoretical-methodological matrix refers to critical social thought. The research is theoretically grounded in the historical landmarks of the profession by emphasizing the process of training of social worker in contemporary society, analyzing the supervised training from the Curriculum Guidelines of 1996 and ethical-political project of the profession. To reach the objective of this study, we use research literature, documentary and field research, with quantitative and qualitative approach, having as subject field supervisors and the academic students. The study showed the need for this activity is systematic and widely discussed in times of reduced quality of education and professional work for the strengthening of the subjects involved in this process in order to face this reality in the direction of a competent professional training, quality, submitted to ethical- political professional project

Esta construção teórica configura-se como um estudo analítico e crítico, de caráter qualitativo como procedimento de análise a partir do campo pesquisado, sendo este o Centro Universitário de Formiga/MG, em que fizeram parte enquanto sujeitos da pesquisa os 16 discentes do Curso de Serviço Social dos 6º e 8º períodos do ano de 2012, a Coordenadora do Curso, Coordenadora de Estágio, 02 Supervisores de Campo e Supervisora Acadêmica. Traz-se reflexões no que tange a formação profissional visando a construção de estratégias da categoria frente os rebatimentos da precarização da educação superior e do mundo do trabalho no Serviço Social, especificamente, no estágio supervisionado.Terá como objetivo geral fazer uma reflexão acerca do estágio supervisionado, sobretudo, a supervisão acadêmica, para que se possa traçar qual o seu papel para a formação do discente de Serviço Social, além de identificar de que forma a Política Nacional de Estágio (ABEPSS/2010) e a Resolução 533 (CFESS-CRESS/2008) vem contribuindo para a melhor qualificação dessa atividade curricular.
