This thesis explores the relationship between the "constructed" (built) environment and the natural environment. What defines such a relationship and can the relationship be formulated? Surely a successful union is much like a marriage whereby one part is better than either of the individual parts. This thesis is an exploration into that relationship. It explores the nature of the built environment through the construction in the natural environment. In addition, it explores the possibility of utilizing a set of guidelines to assist the designer in the creation of such a relationship. The project type (Retreat Center) itself opens the door to possibilities by carving out the natural environment. It proposes that through careful design considerations a harmony can exist between man's built environs and the earth's natural environment. / Master of Architecture

The subject of this diploma thesis is the elaboration of a construction and technological project of production and storage hall SW-MOTECH s.r.o., in which the technical report, coordination of broader transport relations, time and financial plan of the construction, study of the main technological stages, project of building equipment, design of the main construction machines and mechanisms. Further, the thesis contains a technological regulation, a control and test plan and safety requirements for the implementation of reinforced concrete assembled structures. Part of the diploma thesis is also environmental plan and contract for work.

This diploma thesis aims to describe preparation and management of a contract in a building company using the tools of project control. The thesis contains a theoretical and a practical part, where the problem is first explained theoretically and then practically on the chosen contract. This contact is a block of flats in Stepanov, which was realized in the years 2017 and 2018 by the building company Moravostav Brno, a. s.

This thesis discusses the preparation and organization of the extension construction of multi-purpose Pavilion in Pardubice hospital. The thesis contains a summary accompanying technical report, technical regulations for CFA piles and contact insulation system. Those 3 regulations have developed inspection and test plans. Next parts od the work are time schedule and an itemized budget of the pavilion, time and financial plan of the whole building, Occupational safety and health instructions, environmental issues during the construction, design of mechanical set, system of construction site project. There is also noise study made during the implementation of the construction of the pavilion. Finally there is also situation of construction, CFA pilot implementation scheme and contract.

The technological project deals with the processing of materials and documentation for the preparation and realization of the residential building in Brno Lišen.The project includes a technical report which closely provides basic information about the building. These information are complementing and justifying the project documentation of the construction technologies and other related documantation which are focusing on the creation of a control and test plans , support of the implementation of a safety plan on the construction site, proposal of the main building machines and mechanisms, design of the supply processes within the realization phase of the building process. It also contains technical regulations with detailed descriptions of chosen construction processes .
