Nevertheless, the literary production of Moacir Andrade is taken as support for the analyzes. It starts from the semiospheric point of view, taking the semiosphere concept of Iuri Lomtan (1996), for the study of the style and its socio-artistic processes, based on a three-dimensional category of style, namely: the formal dimension, the dimension of history and the sociocultural dimension, understanding as constituents of a space of relations in the work of work. Thus, the figure of the artist is taken as "intellectual artisan", meaning the multiple qualities of Moacir Andrade, being the concept of style, the guiding thread of research. The research universe was based on the artistic-visual work of Moacir Andrade, thus, the visual production was delimited as a corpus from the 1930s. The data collection was based on bibliographical and documentary sources, as well as collections from institutions public and private. This thesis was structured in three chapters. The first chapter presents the personal, academic, professional and artistic trajectory of Moacir Andrade, his work in this field in the city of Manaus, as well as his national and international trajectory in the field of art in order to qualify the object of study. In the second chapter, the problematic of the concept of style existing in studies of works of art is approached, for this, it is based on a survey of the historical changes that occurred with the word "style" and its use in the field of art, reaching a theoretical proposal. Finally, in the third chapter, we deal with the socio-artistic processes in Moacir Andrade's art, analyzing the artist's work, his drawings and paintings, from the formal point of view. It is proposed a discussion on the socio-artistic processes in the artist's work, seeking to understand the representation of the Amazon in his work, especially his relation with the city of Manaus, aiming to understand the relations established between the work, the artist and the city of Manaus, for that, it takes as background of the figure flâneur and of the narrator. / Moacir Andrade, a partir da análise de seus desenhos e pinturas. No entanto, toma-se a produção literária de Moacir Andrade como suporte para as análises. Parte-se do ponto de vista semiosférico, tomando o conceito de semiosfera de Iuri Lotman (1996), para o estudo do estilo e seus processos socioartísticos, baseado numa categoria tridimensional do estilo, a saber: a dimensão formal, a dimensão história e a dimensão sociocultural, entendendo como constituintes de um espaço de relações na obra de obra. Assim, toma-se a figura do artista como "artesão intelectual", significando as qualidades múltiplas de Moacir Andrade, sendo o conceito de estilo, o fio condutor da pesquisa. O universo da pesquisa se situou sobre a obra artístico-visual de Moacir Andrade, assim, delimita-se como corpus a produção visual a partir da década de 1930. A coleta dos dados se baseou em fontes bibliográficas e documentais, além de acervos de instituições públicas e privadas. Estruturou-se esta tese em três capítulos. No primeiro capítulo é apresentado a trajetória pessoal, acadêmica, profissional e artística de Moacir Andrade, a sua atuação nesse campo na cidade de Manaus, bem como a sua trajetória nacional e internacional no campo da arte com o intuito de qualificar o objeto de estudo. No segundo capítulo, aborda-se a problemática do conceito de estilo existente nos estudos de obras de arte, para isso, parte-se de um levantamento das mudanças históricas ocorridas com a palavra “estilo” e seu emprego no campo da arte, chegando a uma proposta teórica. Por fim, no terceiro capítulo, tratamos dos processos socioartísticos na arte de Moacir Andrade, analisa-se a obra do artista, os seus desenhos e pinturas, a partir do ponto de vista formal. Propõe-se uma discussão sobre os processos socioartísticos na obra do artista, buscando entender a representação da Amazônia em sua obra, em especial, a sua relação com a cidade de Manaus, objetivando compreender as relações estabelecidas entre a obra, o artista e a cidade de Manaus, para isso, toma-se como plano de fundo a figura flâneur e do narrador.
