For this evaluation I started with a historic recall of the social attention given to poor children and teenagers, abandoned and with infractional practice, what led me to realize the on going practices that disconsider the rights of people still in development. Those rights were assured only in 1990 with the advent of the Child and Teenager Law (ECA, in Portuguese Law 8.069, 07/13/1990). I have also analyzed the prison system for adults, which certainly influences until the present days the socioeducative system destinated to teenagers and minors envolved with delicts. This research process has been performed in the city of Bragança Paulista, where we can find an unity of the Socioeducative Support Center for Teenagers Foundation (Fundação CASA-SP, in Portuguese) In this place, the socioeducative support in an open system is under the management of the city, according with the recommended by the Child and Teenager Law (ECA), the National System of Socioeducative Support (SINASE) and the Unique System of Social Assistance (SUAS) / Este trabalho tem o objetivo de analisar a integração entre o Sistema Nacional de Atendimento de Medidas Socioeducativas (SINASE) e o Sistema Único da Assistência Social (SUAS) na atenção aos adolescentes em cumprimento de medidas socioeducativas de internação e em meio aberto. Para esta avaliação, iniciei com um resgate histórico da atenção social destinada a crianças e adolescentes carentes, abandonados e com atos infracionais, o que me permitiu verificar a manutenção de práticas que desconsideram os direitos de pessoa em desenvolvimento, assegurados legalmente apenas em 1990 com o advento do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA - Lei 8.069, 13/07/90). Analisei também a questão da prisão, especificamente para adultos, que certamente vem influenciando o sistema socioeducativo destinado a adolescentes que tenham praticado ato infracional. O processo de pesquisa foi realizado no município de Bragança Paulista, o qual é sede de uma unidade de internação da Fundação Centro de Atendimento Socioeducativo ao Adolescente (Fundação CASA-SP). Nesse município, o atendimento das medidas socioeducativas em meio aberto é municipalizado, em consonância com o preconizado pelo Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA), pelo Sistema Nacional de Atendimento Socioeducativo (SINASE) e pelo Sistema Único da Assistência Social (SUAS)
