No. of bitstreams: 2 Dissertação - Reni Maria Jacob - 2016.pdf: 8154647 bytes, checksum: 17da050cfca73bae58fed87c165dc5ff (MD5) license_rdf: 23148 bytes, checksum: 9da0b6dfac957114c6a7714714b86306 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2016-01-18 / The purpose of this masters dissertation is to reconstitute the history of the first educational Institution of Ouvidor, through the title: "Narratives Concerning the First School Group of the Municipality of Ouvidor-Go in the period of 1949-1971".The date sets the time frame established between the year of the creation of the School Group Dr. Pedro Ludovico Teixeira until the enactment of the Law No. 5692 - from August 11, 1971 - DOU of 12.8.71 - Basic Guidelines Act, which extinguished the school groups in Brazil and Implemented the 1st and 2nd Degree Education System. The overall objective of the research: Knowing the history of the creation of the first School Group of Ouvidor-Go, in the period of 1949-1971. The specific objectives of the research were: 1 – Go through the creative process of school groups in Brazil, Goias, and in the city of Ouvidor, and analyze their architectural representation before the modernity objectives of the republican period. 2 – Reveal the importance of the creation of school groups in Goiás, inserted in political adversity during the institutionalization process of the School Group of Ouvidor, and its implications for mass education. 3 – Relate the political, educational and social background of the Municipality of Ouvidor to the history of the railroad in southeast of the state of Goiás. 4 - Understand the institutionalization process of the Dr. Pedro Ludovico Teixeira School Group in the creation course of the city and schooling of its inhabitants. 5 – To know the systematization of the first Ouvidor School Group from 1949 to 1971. In terms of methodology, we chose a qualitative study of inductive-descriptive character. We have produced data from the Dr. Pedro Ludovico Teixeira School Group collection, as well as interviews with its former students, former teachers and former directors. Therefore, this led us to consider both the written and oral narratives concerning the School Group. The theoretical contributions were based on authors such as Rey (2010), Bolívar (2014), Clandin and Connelly (2001), Saviani (2007), Cunha (1997), Nosella and Buffa (2004), Gatti Junior (2002), Ludke (1986), Bardin (2009), and others. In general, the narratives led us to see that the history of the Dr. Pedro Ludovico School Group was also linked to relations of local, state and national power, as well as in other Brazil federal units. The School Group has not had a magnificent building, as in Brazilian capitals. And the almost general lack of qualified Brazilian teachers to work in the School Groups was also outstanding in Ouvidor. Finally, it is observed that even considering that the Dr. Pedro Ludovico School Group has promoted rich contributions in Ouvidor, as ocurred in most states and municipalities, there was an inefficiency of this system regarding the problem of the illiteracy. / O propósito dessa dissertação de mestrado é reconstituir a história da primeira Instituição escolar de Ouvidor, com o titulo: "Narrativas Sobre o Primeiro Grupo Escolar do Município de Ouvidor-Go no período de 1949-1971". A data define o recorte temporal estabelecido entre o ano de criação do Grupo Escolar Dr. Pedro Ludovico Teixeira até a promulgação da Lei nº 5.692 - de 11 de agosto de 1971 - DOU de 12/8/71 - Lei de Diretrizes de Bases, que extinguiu os grupos escolares no Brasil e Implantou o Sistema de Ensino de 1º e 2º Grau. O objetivo geral da pesquisa: Conhecer a história da constituição do primeiro Grupo Escolar de Ouvidor-Go, no período de 1949 a 1971. Os objetivos específicos da investigação foram: 1 – Percorrer o processo criador dos grupos escolares no Brasil, Goiás, e na cidade de Ouvidor, e, analisar a sua representação arquitetônica diante dos objetivos de modernidade do período republicano. 2- Desvelar a importância da criação dos grupos escolares em Goiás, inserida nas adversidades políticas durante o processo de institucionalização do Grupo Escolar de Ouvidor, e suas implicações para a educação em massa. 3- Relacionar a formação política, educacional e social do Município de Ouvidor à história da estrada de ferro no sudeste do estado de Goiás. 4- Compreender o processo de institucionalização do Grupo Escolar Dr. Pedro Ludovico Teixeira no percurso da formação da cidade e da escolarização de seus habitantes. 5- Conhecer a sistematização do primeiro Grupo Escolar de Ouvidor de 1949 a 1971. Metodologicamente, optamos por um estudo qualitativo de caráter indutivo-descritivo. Produzimos dados a partir do acervo do Grupo Escolar Dr. Pedro Ludovico Teixeira, bem como por entrevistas com seus ex-alunos, ex-professores e ex-diretores. Isso nos levou, portanto, a considerar tanto as narrativas escritas quanto as orais sobre o Grupo Escolar. Os aportes teóricos basearam-se em autores como Rey (2010), Bolívar (2014), Clandin e Connelly (2001), Saviani (2007), Cunha (1997), Nosella e Buffa (2004), Gatti Junior (2002), Ludke (1986), Bardin (2009), e outros. De um modo geral, as narrativas nos levaram a ver que a história do Grupo Escolar Dr. Pedro Ludovico esteve também, assim como em outras unidades federativas do Brasil, ligada às relações de poder local, estadual e nacional. O Grupo Escolar não teve um prédio suntuoso, como em capitais brasileiras. E a inexistência quase geral de professores brasileiros aptos para trabalhar nos Grupos Escolares foi também marcante em Ouvidor. Por fim, observa-se que mesmo considerando as ricas contribuições promovidas pelo Grupo Escolar Dr. Pedro Ludovico, em Ouvidor, assim como ocorrido na maioria dos estados e municípios, houve uma ineficiência desse sistema frente ao problema do analfabetismo.
