Kračmar, Filip January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of rotary manipulator for positioning weldments, which could be 5000 mm long and weight 500 kg. The beginning of the thesis presents the research of welding manipulators which could be founded on the market. Three variants of the positioner are proposed in the next section. The resulting variant is optimized using strength analysis in ANSYS software. Furthermore, two variants of drive, by hand drive or electric motor, are presented. The manipulator is interconnected in a single part using a designed frame constructure. Critical points of the manipulator are checked by strength calculation. The final part contains the risk analysis of the proposed manipulator.

Parní turbína pro fosilní elektrárnu - ST NT díl / Steam Turbine for fossil power plant - MP LP casing

Třináctý, Jan January 2015 (has links)
This thesis describes the design of a condensing steam turbine with reheating for fossil power plant. The turbine is a double parts. The first casing is formed by a simple HP casing. The second casing is combined MP-LP casing with axial outlet of steam into the water-cooled condenser. Feedwater regeneration system consists of two high-pressure heaters, the four low-pressure heaters and feed tank. In thesis is includes the calculation of heat balance and the draft of flow channel of HP and MP-LP casing. Next is a detailed calculation of MP-LP casing with includes calculation of flowing part, selection of blade´s profiles and its stress control. Rotor MP-LP casing is checked for torsion and computed size of the critical speed. Clutch is ispected by security check and draft radial bearings. Stress control casing is carried out according to the theory of thick shells. Work includes flow scheme for 100% and 75% performance. In the end is comparing the efficiency of the individual casing of the turbine with the work 3b together with the specific heat consumption. Work includes a longitudinal section of the MP-LP casing. This thesis has been developed in cooperation Škoda Power, Doosan.

Návrh komory výměníku tepla / Design of heat exchanger chamber

Horník, Jan January 2016 (has links)
The master thesis is focused on the field of heat exchangers. Theoretical part makes the reader familiar with heat exchangers. Practical part is focused on design of chamber, which is part of heat exchanger. Practical part consists of strength calculation by standard ČSN EN 13445. Dimensions of tube sheet are gained in program Visual vessel design. Those parameters are used for creating of 3D model with accurate dimensions which is analyzed in ANSYS Workbench. Output of this analysis is evaluation by stress classification. Practical part is supplemented by drawing of heat exchanger.

Konstrukce vřeten vícevřetenového soustružnického automatu / Design of spindles for multi-spindle automatic lathe

Kráčmar, Tomáš January 2016 (has links)
This master‘s thesis contains a design of multi-spindle automatic lathe spindles for the work of the rods maximum diameter of 7 mm. The work deals with a new concept of the drive spindle, where the spindles are driven by external asynchronous motor through the gears with internal teeth attached to the outside of the spindle drum instead of the current method of driven by central coaxial shaft. The thesis research of multi-spindle lathes including a description of the main nodes, design, strength calculations, bearing durability and a simulation model for simulation acceleration and load drives and spindles from the cutting process.

Návrh zrychlovací hlavy pro vřeteník horizontální vyvrtávačky / Design of acceleration head spindle horizontal boring machines

Tocháček, Jakub January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with conceptual design of spindle speeder head for headstock of horizontal boring machine of FERMAT Company. The thesis includes research part, which is initially given to horizontal boring machines and their accessories and continues with an overview and comparison of spindle speeders that are currently on the market. The work includes technical report, which is aimed on design of the belt drive including the idler pulley. Design of belt drive is based on the output of the calculation program developed by manufacturer of synchronous belts. Calculation part, mainly focused on the spindle and its bearings, is preceded by a part in which are calculated cutting forces for two technological operations. Calculation of the spindle part contains strength calculation of the spindle and equivalent basic rating life of spindle bearings, including calculating of radial stiffness at the spindle nose and calculation of optimal distance between the spindle bearings. At the end of the technical report is a financial summary, description of used components and the chosen design solution. The drawings which are based on model assembly processed in 3D CAD system, contains a drawing of the entire device and drawings of selected components.

Beitrag zur Entwicklung einer verbesserten Berechnungsmethode für die Zahnfußtragfähigkeit von Zylinderschneckengetrieben

Reißmann, Jan 10 December 2015 (has links)
Worm gears are well suited for gearbox applications in environments with discontinuous conditions and mechanical vibrations. In the case of high torque and low speed, the tooth root strength is the primary design limit. The aim of the present paper is to improve the accuracy of the calculation methods for the tooth root strength of worm wheels. To reach this, all parameters which affects the strength of the tooth root were examined. This includes the geometry, the manufacturing, the materials and the stresses of worm wheels. Through this investigation, the development of a new analytical calculation method based on the equivalent stress concept could be done. Furthermore, a local calculation method based on the notch stress concept was developed. Thus, the forecast of the tooth root strength of worm wheels for redevelopment and optimization could be improved.
