Abstract. The problem of Electromagnetic compatibility is a popular topic. It is divided into two categories, one is conducted electromagnetic interference, another is radiated interference. We can use LISN to measure the signal of conducted electromagnetic interference , and use antenna to measure the signal of radiated interference. This paper will focus on the antenna. The frequency range of radiated Electromagnetic Interference measurement is so wide that using the halfwave dipole antenna will be very time-consuming, Therefore broadband antennas are often used in lieu of the halfwave dipole antennas. The design procedure of the log-periodic dipole array antenna is introduced in this article. Simulation data of such antenna using the NEC2 software, including the input impedance and the antenna pattern are also provided. Furthermore, based on the parameters obtained from the simulation, a log-periodic dipole array antenna can be fabricated. In doing so, the simulation results should be modified to take into considerations of the specification of the material used, such as diameters of the materials, and lengths of the transmission lines. Once the construction of the log-periodic dipole array antenna is completes, it can be compared with the simulation results, and the difference between them should be investigated to find out the optimal design parameters. Finally, the antenna factor can be calculated to compare it with the measurement data.

This thesis presents a qualitative multiple case study which examines the early implementation of the community matron policy in three primary care trusts in England. The community matron was a new role in nursing, introduced by the Department of Health in 2004, as part of its strategy for the management of long term conditions (DH, 2005e). There was a paucity of research literature underpinning the policy and the implementation of the community matron role in England. A descriptive multiple case study was used as it generates a richness of data using multiple data collection methods, ideally positioned to investigate phenomena in context and contemporaneously. In addition to documentary material, 49 participants were recruited across the three case study sites, from community matrons, active case managers, health and social care colleagues and patients. A total of 30 interviews, 33 observations and one focus group were undertaken between 2006 and 2008. Framework Analysis was used to interpret the data and critical sensemaking was applied as a heuristic to gain insight into the findings.This study explored the early role implementation from the perspective of the community matron. It found that the community matron role had been adopted with regard to the national model but there was variation in its implementation between case study sites, seen in service structures, eligibility criteria and caseload management. Practitioners had exercised professional discretion to flex local service models to fit their ways of practice and professional decision making, although this may not have been conscious behaviour. They also expanded the role to include psychosocial support, beyond the nationally defined functions. Advanced practice was integral to the role; whilst there appeared to be a medical influence on this aspect of role development; practitioners had adopted traditionally medical tasks and incorporated them into nursing practice, making such roles their own. Community matrons described experiencing resistance to the role initially from some district nurses and GPs, outlining how they adopted strategies to address these and promote acceptance of the role. As such, individual community matrons were the key change agents. They experienced dissonance between organisational values and professional values, which they addressed by reinterpreting collective targets such as reducing hospital admissions into individual patient outcomes related to improved quality of life. Critical sensemaking gives a unique perspective on the implementation of national policy, through the lens of the community matron, highlighting the experience of nursing role development at an individual and team level, and the ways in which variation can occur. Further research is needed into nursing policy implementation to better understand the processes at play nationally and organisationally. Critical sensemaking might be used to inform how implementation can be effective and sustainable.

The thesis titled Biogas Plant Pikárec deals with the building technology preparation and implementation of the construction. Construction of a biogas plant consists of six main buildings which will be implemented in the area of agricultural cooperatives during its operation. All buildings will be designed as reinforced concrete. The aim of the thesis is the design time, financial and material resources to ensure the smooth progress of construction.

This thesis deals with construction and technological project of 110 kV substation in Ostrava Hrabová. Includes design mechanical assembly, time and financial plan, technological studies during the construction of the main building structure, schedule, project site equipment, budgets and other documents that are required to correct the construction.

The subject of the work is the preparation and organization of construction multifunctional building in Brno. The content of this work is a technology report, time and financial plan of the building, the study of the main technological stages, the project construction site, design and dimensions of construction machinery, inspection and test plans for quality and technological regulation.

The subject of the master´s thesis are selected parts construction technology project apartment house LIVE UP in Brno – Bohunice. It is a new building with one underground floor and six overground floors. Construction of the house is monolithic and upper floors are bearing masonry walls. The work includes technical reports, study the implementation of major construction phases, organization of the construction, technological regulation of flat single-roof, itemized budget with the statement of measurements, time schedule, inventory of machines.

The content of my diploma thesis is a construction technology project of an administrative building in Brno. The work emphasizes the feasibility of the object. I prepared an implementation study with a detailed solution of the construction process in terms of time and financial plan. Technological regulations, control and testing plans and occupational health and safety are proposed. Drawings are pre-pared for the performed construction

Construction Technology project deals with the new building of the Labour Office in Brno. It is the administrative building of six floors above ground and one basement floor. The building has the shape of a trapezoid. Vertical and horizontal structures are designed of reinforced concrete substructure is designed of waterproof concrete system called white tub. The project includes a technical report on the construction technology of the project, coordinating the construction situation, time and financial plan for the objects, the study of the main technological stages, the project site equipment, design of the main building machines, the schedule of the main building structure, schedule, resourcing, technical regulations for selected activities inspection and test plans for selected activities and comparing two roof building.

The diploma thesis deals with the building-technology construction preparation of the Multifunctional House Brno Gajdošova. The paper contains the technical report concerning this building; coordination of building situation; time and financial plan of the construction; study of the main technological stages; equipment project; design of major building machinery and mechanisms; schedule of the main construction building; technological regulations for making of the monolithic panel and the green flat roof; inspection and test plans in accordance with these regulations. Furthermore, two technologies referring to the execution of the monolithic roof panel are compared including the comparison of the test plan as well as the budget for the main building. The specialisation is in the field of construction of buildings with special focus on the layouts and the rust of the main building.

This thesis solves the construction technology project extension at Three Steeples in Střítež, building apartments. Work includes the complete study of the implementation, including timing and the financial plan, assessment of the wider relations of transport routes, the project site equipment, design of the main building machines and mechanisms, technological specifications for masonry, inspection and test quality plan for walling, technological prescription for clay plasters and itemized budget rough construction of the main building.
