This diploma thesis deals with construction and technological project of apartment building in Brno – Slatina, Kigginsova street. Thesis focus on technological phase of monolithic rough superstructure and masonry work. For this phases were processed technogical specifications and controlling ad testing schedules. Within this thesis was also compiled technical report, solution of transport roads, technical report and drawings of site equipmet. For main object was compiled itemized budget, which was foundation for completing time schedule. In diploma thesis are further processed safety requirements and chosen construction details.

Diploma thesis is focused on the constructional project of the polyfunctional house with care service in the Havířov. The object consists of three blocks that are interconnected by the central corridor. Each block has four aboveground floors and one underground floor. The project solved the time and financial plan, the broader transport relations, the construction site equipment, the main construction machines and mechanisms, the study of the implementation of the main construction stages, the technological regulation for the horizontal supporting structures and the truss roof including the control and test plan, monolithic and brick structures.

The content of the diploma thesis is a building-technological project of the new building of residential buildings Rozhledna in Chrudim. The thesis contains technological regulations for a rough bottom structure and a rough top structure. Technological regulations are complemented by design of machine assembly, site facilities and control and test plans. Work safety, construction risk assessment, time schedule of main objects, object time and financial plan and budget of main buildings are also solved. An important part is the comparison of the parallel, gradual, current construction and the design of the thermal insulation system of the curtain wall.

The subject of the diploma thesis is construction technology project of polyfunctional building VEKTOR in Pardubice. Building object has seven overground floors and has not basement. The construction system of the building is a monolithic skeleton consisting of columns and a ceiling slab. Part of the thesis includes technical reports, construction technology study, situation with wider transport route relationships, the project of the construcion zone equipment, suggestion of machines and mechanisms, plan for securing material resources, technological regulation for monolithic constructions, control and test plan for monolithic constructions, item budget, time schedule, chronological and financial plan of the building – object.

The diploma thesis on „Optimizing of shopping center energy demands“ deals with the reduce of the energy demand of the shopping center. The theoretical part describes the possibilities of reducing the energy intensity in terms of renewable resources, the potential of renewable resources. In practical part the energy audit of the existing building is designed, then the possibilities of reducing the energy intensity of the building, the budget and expressed return on investment by means of the net present value, the internal rate of return and simple payback period.

The subject of my diploma thesis is preparation of the realization of a warehouse situated in Kuřim. The work contains technological regulations for the construction of the reinforced concrete skeleton and the realization of the industrial floor, the design of the main machines and mechanisms including the time deployment, the detailed time schedule of the main building object SO 101.3 Hall B, time schedule and financial plan of the building – the objects one. Due to the scale of the work, documents relating to safety and quality control are also processed. Further, the technical report of the site equipment, including drawings, is processed. In the chapter, which provides space for other assignments, the OSH plan is elaborated, the budget of object SO 101.3 Hall B, Safety measures for the installation of reinforced concrete skeleton. The last point of the diploma thesis deals with specialization in the field of realization of inland communication.

An important part is the economic comparison of tower crane and mobile crane and green facade.

The subject of my diploma thesis is preparation of realization of Active center. Diploma thesis includes technological regulation for concrete constructions and the roof, project of machine set, the inspecting and testing plans, plan of BOZP, the budget and the time table of main construction object. I alson did the project of the building site facilities and drawings needed.

The diploma thesis deals with the building - technological project of the apartment house in Brno - Slatina, Lučiny. The purpose will be an optimal design of construction progress with regard to finance and time. For this phase were processed the site equipment with the design of the lifting strap, the transport routes and the machine assembly. In addition, an item budget, which was followed by a detailed schedule. Based on these documents was created a balance of machines and workers. For monolithic constructions were developed a technological regulation and a control and test plan. Furthermore, the calculation of the decanting time and the design of the formwork turnover, supplemented by its drawing. In the diploma thesis is elaborated a plan for safety and health protection in the workplace and selected design details.

This diploma thesis deals with construction-technological project of mixed-use building in Olomouc. The thesis contains a technical report, the coordination situation of the construction, the time and financial plan, the study of the main technological stages, the project of site equipment, the design of the main building machines and mechanisms, the time schedule, the budget, the technology prescription for the contact thermal insulation systém, the quality control and test plan, the plan of safety and the comparison of ETICS with polystyrene and mineral wool.
