Este relatório técnico do curso de mestrado em Prestação Jurisdicional e Direitos Humanos objetivou explanar um estudo sobre as Tabelas Processuais Unificadas do Poder Judiciário, que foram instituídas pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça (CNJ) por meio da Resolução nº 46 de 18 de dezembro de 2007. Essas tabelas foram criadas com vistas à modernização da atividade de indexação e classificação taxonômica das classes, assuntos e movimentações processuais no âmbito da justiça comum e especializada de todos os órgãos do Poder Judiciário. Procuramos relatar as atividades desenvolvidas pelo Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Tocantins no sentido de implementar as referidas tabelas no processo eletrônico (e-Proc) para facilitar a coleta dos dados estatísticos e padronizar a linguagem processual com os demais órgãos do Sistema de Justiça. Para isso, foi instituída uma Comissão de Magistrados e servidores a fim de implantar na íntegra as tabelas unificadas dentro do e-Proc com o objetivo de agilizar a entrega da prestação jurisdicional e atender às normativas propostas pelo CNJ através do relatório Justiça em Números e das Metas Nacionais. Procuramos detalhar os trabalhos realizados por essa comissão e verificar se houve uma melhora significativa no andamento dos processos no Judiciário tocantinense. Ao final da exposição do relatório técnico, propomos um material didático de parametrização das Metas Nacionais de 2015 com as Tabelas Processuais Unificadas do Poder Judiciário que ficará à disposição em mídia impressa e on line, aos magistrados e servidores do Tribunal de Justiça do Tocantins a fim de facilitar na coleta dos dados estatísticos ao Conselho Nacional de Justiça. Realizamos também, como produto final, um curso de capacitação aos magistrados e servidores do Tribunal de Justiça do Tocantins, por meio da Escola Superior da Magistratura Tocantinense – ESMAT, sobre as Tabelas Processuais Unificadas do Poder Judiciário, que, nesta oportunidade segue em DVD como parte integrante deste relatório técnico. / This technical report of the Master Course on Judicial Assistence and Human Rights aimed to explain a study of the Procedural Tables Unified of the Judiciary, which were instituted by the National Council of Justice (CNJ) through Resolution No. 46 of December 18, 2007. These tables are designed to modernize the indexing activity and taxonomic classification of classes, subjects and procedural drives under the common and specialized justice of all the entities of the judiciary. We try to report the activities developed by the State of Tocantins Court of Justice to implement those tables in the electronic process (e-Proc) aiming to facilitate the collection of statistical data and standardize the procedural language with the other departaments of the justice system. To achieve this, a Magistrates and public servants Commission was established to fully implement the unified tables within the e-Proc in order to expedite delivery of judicial services and meeting regulatory proposed by the CNJ through the Justice Report in numbers and National goals. We seek to detail the work done by the commission in order to check whether there has been a significant improvement in the progress of cases in Tocantins Judiciary. At the end of the technical report exposure, we propose a didactic material parameterization of National Goals of 2015 with the Procedural tables Unified of the Judiciary which will be available in print and online to support the magistrates and public servants of Tocantins Court in order to facilitate the collection of statistical data to the National Council of Justice. We also, as a final product, provided a training course for magistrates and public servants of Tocantins Court of Justice, through the School of Magistrates of Tocantinens – ESMAT. The course was about the Procedural Tables Unified of the Judiciary, which on this occasion follows on DVD as integral part of this technical report.
