A ordem Trypanorhyncha estava representada por Grillotia carvajalregorum (Carvajal & Rego, 1993) Menoret & Ivanoc, 2009 (P=73%), Nybelinia lingualis (Cuvier, 1817) Dollfus, 1927 (P=57%), Heteronybelinia nipponica (Yamaguti, 1952) (P=35%), Otobothium sp. (P=15%) / In order to study the helminth parasites of pigs were necropsied 60 specimens of Paralichthys isosceles Jordan, 1890 and 25 P. patagonicus Jordan, in 1889 the State collected on the coast of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from October 2006 to March 2008. In P. Isosceles 1820 specimens were collected Hysterothylacium sp. third and fourth larval stages, with a prevalence of 100%, mean intensity of infection was 30.3, mean abundance of 32 and range of variation of intensity of infection of 1-596. Macroscopically nodules were observed in the stomach mucosa and serosa of the intestine. The histopathological sections of the nodules were observed in larvae inserted DNA abdominal musculature, in the submucosal layers, muscle and serosa of the stomach and intestine, where associated with granulomas, consisting of fibrous tissues, macrophages and lymphocytes, also centered larvae, material necrotic material and tunnels coated acidophilus. Pathological changes and occurrences of Hysterothylacium sp. were first reported in this host. Four other important zoonotic larvae were identified and reported considering their prevalence (P). The following species of Raphidascaris sp. (P = 36.7%), Terranova sp. (P = 5%), Anisakis simplex (P = 5%) and Contracaecum sp. (P = 3.3%). Paralichthys isosceles is a new host for the larvae of Anisakis simplex and Hysterothylacium sp. In P. isosceles and P. patagonicus were collected 169 larval trematodes belonging to the family dogenéticos Didymozoidae, identified as types and Torticaecum Neotorticaecum with a prevalence of 80% for the first host and 40% for the second, being the first record in South America, Atlantic Ocean, Brazil. In P. isosceles were carried out taxonomic identification of the cestodes found, taking into account the importance of sanitary conditions in fish markets from Brazil and abroad, where in 56 (93.3%) of infected fish collected, met at least one copy of metacestodes, included in three different orders: Diphyllobotriidea, and Trypanorhyncha Tetraphyllidae. The order was represented by Diphyllobotriidea plerocercoids of two kinds: Diphyllobothrium sp. 1 (similar to Diphyllobothrium latum) located in the stomach, the gastric mucosa and the mesenterium and Dyphyllobothrium sp. 2 (similar to D. dendriticum) in the intestine, liver, ovary and abdominal cavity. Both species have a prevalence of 6% and 10% respectively. The order was represented by Trypanorhyncha Grillotia carvajalregorum (Carvajal & Rego, 1993) Menoret & Ivanoc, 2009 (P = 73%), Nybelinia lingualis (Cuvier, 1817) Dollfus, 1927 (P = 57%), Heteronybelinia nipponica (Yamaguti, 1952 ) (P = 35%), Otobothium sp. (P = 15%)
