Baigiamajame magistro darbe siekiama teorinių metodų ir modelių pagalba įvertinti UAB „B-System“ materialinio-techninio aprūpinimo sistemos efektyvumą bei suformuoti šios sistemos tobulinimo kryptis. Pirmoje darbo dalyje atskleidžiama materialinio-techninio aprūpinimo bei išteklių samprata ir esmė; atliekama koncepcinių materialinio-techninio aprūpinimo sistemos organizavimo prielaidų bei akademinių materialinio-techninio aprūpinimo sistemos efektyvumo vertinimo metodų ir modelių analizė. Antroji darbo dalis skirta UAB „B-System“ materialinio-techninio aprūpinimo sistemos efektyvumo tyrimui atlikti. Trečioje darbo dalyje formuluojamos bendrovės materialinio-techninio aprūpinimo sistemos tobulinimo gairės. / The master thesis is up for the analysis of teoretical methods and models for evaluating the material-technical procurement of „B-System“ company and formulating the primary directions for development. The first part is intended to evaluate the concept and essence of material-technical procurement and expences, the theoretical assumptions of material-technical organizing and efficiency estimation. In the second part the author seeks to accomplish a practical survey of efficiency of material-technical procurement system in „B-System“ company. The primary directions for development of material-technical procurement system are analyzed in the third part of this work.
