Magistro darbe yra nagrinėjama teisė laisvai pasirinkti darbą, taip pat ir kiti teisės į darbą elementai - teisė gauti teisingą atlyginimą ir turėti saugias bei tinkamas darbo sąlygas. Yra apžvelgiami tarptautiniai teisės aktai, Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktai, Konstitucinio teismo jurisprudencija. / The graduate paper analyzes a freedom to choose a job or a business, also other elements of the right to work - right to have proper, safe and healthy conditions at work and to receive fair pay for work. International acts and the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania are also analyzed.
