Master thesis describes the basic concepts and principles of planning of the quality of the contruction project. The theoretical part describes the general quality management and quality management in the construction company. In the practical part is created an inspection and test plan for construction of the family house Skalice.

This final thesis is focused on technological project Hotel Chopin in Bratislava. The technological project deals with the planning of the entire construction and focuses on the design of the site equipment, time plan of the building development and the detailed time plan of the building structure. Further focuses on the construction cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures. It prepares the technological prescription for cast-in place reinforced structures, inspection and test plan and the plan of safety risks and measures. Part of the project is also the construction budget and the mechanical assembly plan.

In my diploma thesis I document the construction of administrative, commercial and warehouse building in Olomouc. In particular, I deal with selected parts of the construction and technological preparation of the facility. I deal more closely with the technological regulations for the assembly of reinforced concrete skeleton and sheeting. My diploma thesis includes building site design, set of machinery, control and test plans, budget, schedules, personnel and machine deployment, variation of sheet metal finishing and drawing on the budget.

The subject of this diploma thesis is a building construction project for industrial building Rieder Beton in Jihlava. It contains an engineering report, a time schedule, a site equipment report, a design of machine assembly, a technological project together with a quality and test plan for the precast prefabricated frame and an itemized budget.

The content of the diploma thesis are selected parts of technological project of new building boarding house in Dolní Morava. The diploma thesis includes technical regulation for ground works and ceiling construction. The technological regulations are complemented by design of machine assembly, site facilities and control and test plan. There are the time schedule, suggestion of the realization of the main stages of its construction including suggestion of main construction mechanism and budget of new building.

The content of this work is the elaboration of a technology-oriented project for the construction of an apartment building with four above-ground floors in Blansko. This project includes a technical report, road mapping solutions, technological regulations, a drawing and technical report of the building site equipment, a timetable, a design of the machine assembly, control and test plans, a material resource assurance plan, and a technical report on health and safety at the building site.

The subject of master’s thesis is technological project of residential building in Prague. The thesis is focused on feasibility of the object. An implementation study is elaborated with a detailed solution of the construction process in terms of time and financial. A technology prescription, control and test plan is designed. Construction drawings are processed.

The aim of the diploma thesis is selected parts of the construction project of the apartment block in Hejčín, Olomouc. It deals in detail with the most optimal design of the machine assembly, the assessment of the lifting mechanism, the equipment of the building site, the timetable and, last but not least, the itemized budget of the structural work of the apartment block. The work is based on the technical documentation from the borrowed project documentation.

In this diploma thesis work is the goal of the construction technological project of a multifunctional building in Želatovicích. The content of this diploma thesis is the solution of the summary of the technical report, a study of the implementation of major technological stages, the time schedule of the main construction of the object, schedule object, the technological regulations for the monolithic ceiling structure and installation of steel structures, inspection and test plans, risk with subsequent security measures, itemized budget with bills of quantities, solving the major transport routes, design of mechanical assemblies and equipment to the construction site. The substrate was drawing documentation for the implementation of this construction.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the building-technological project for the construction of a residential building in Hradec Králové. The apartment building is five-storey and has 33 residential units. The work is systematically divided into smaller logical units. First, the project is described in a technical report, followed by studies of the realization of the main building. After the description of the project, an indicative time and financial plan is prepared, which is refined by the schedule and budget itemization of the main building. An integral part of the design is mechanical engineering, staff balance and site construction equipment. To ensure the maximum quality of the work carried out, the technical regulations contain the control and test plans. In order to determine the supply possibilities of the construction it was necessary to carry out an assessment of the wider transport relations around the building.
