Časový vývoj reologických parametrů strusky aktivované různými aktivátory / Time evolution of rheological parameters of slag activated with various activators

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá aktuálními poznatky, společně s optimalizací oscilačních měření pomocí hybridního reometru, ale hlavně pozorováním změn reologických parametrů v čase past mleté granulované vysokopecní strusky aktivované různými aktivačními roztoky s koncentrací alkálií M: 4 and 7.5 moldm. Výsledky byly pro diskuzi podpořeny výstupy z Vicatovy metody a izotermické kalorimetrie. Nejprve bylo zjištěno, že limit lineární viskoelastické oblasti se zmenšuje v čase. Dále bylo pozorováno, že v time sweep testech vykazovala struska aktivovaná křemičitany nejnižší hodnoty komplexního modulu a struska aktivovaná hydroxidy o koncentraci 4 moldm nejvyšší hodnoty a ostatní pasty vykazovaly hodnoty mezi těmito dvěma extrémy a měly mezi sebou porovnatelné hodnoty. Podobný trend byl pozorován u vývoje kritické meze oscilačního napětí, získaného z amplitude sweep testů (přerušovaně a nepřerušovaně). Oba výše zmíněné parametry, komplexní modul a mez napětí, se vyvíjely v čase. Výsledky všech testů jasně ukázaly, že povrchová chemie hraje roli ve výsledném reologickém chování. Odsud, povaha a koncentrace aktivátoru ovlivňují reologické vlastnosti skrze efekty Na a K iontů, stejně tak skrze koncentraci, která má dopad na elektickou dvojnou vrstvu. Reologické chování může být také ovlivněno dalšími faktory, např. viskozitou aktivačního roztoku a celkovou kinetikou hydratačního procesu.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the bridging design of the valley and Doľanský potok on the D1 motorway in the section Jánovce - Jablonov in Slovakia. Three variants of bridging have been designed and then compared. A post-tensioned construction of the box girder cross section was chosen as the most suitable variant, which was further checked. The static calculation was drawn up according to European standards.

Diploma thesis is focused on a design of the road bridge of the category S7,5 in cadastral territory of a municipality Polanka nad Odrou. Three preliminary studies have been proposed. Box girder beam with a slant walls were selected for more detailed processing. Construction of the bridge is going to be build by time-dependent analysis on a solid formwork. The calculation of load is done by using computer software Midas Civil 19 v 2.1. and Scia Engineer 19.1. Selected preliminary was assessed according to the recent Europan standards.

For detailed assessment was chosen, from three variants, a two-beam cross-section girder of 4 spans. Load-bearing structure is designed as cast-in-place, post-tensioned, concreted at fixed falsework without phased construction. The serviceability limit state and the ultimate limit state were assessed. The thesis contains, apart from structural design, drawings and visualizations of the bridge.

The thesis is a design of a bridge crossing the valley of the Hrabyňka creek as a part of road I/II. Firstly, three possible structures are designed and according to their advantages and disadvantages, the best of them is selected. In this case a cable stay bridge was selected. Following is a design of span lenghths, collumn heights and the cross-section. Then the loads are detremined and applied on a numeric model cretaed in software working on the basis of FEM. In continuation internal forces are calculated and their propriate combinations for service limit stay and ultimate limit state with time dependent analysis taken into account. In the end the reinforcement steel is designed for one part of the structure. Detailed drawings are also part of the thesis.

The design is processed in tree options - a cast-in-place concrete structure, brigde as a haunched beam and a prefabricated ginger bridge. The third option was chosen. To model the structure and to obtain the internal forces is used FEM computational software Scia Engineer 15.1. All calculations were performed in accordance with Eurokode.
