Esta investigación se realiza con el objetivo de analizar si y como están funcionando las estrategias de intervención para enfrentar la trata de menores en la zona de Mazuko en el marco del “Plan Nacional de Acción contra la Trata de Personas 2017” En esta investigación abordaremos la trata de personas en la modalidad de explotación sexual en particular el subtipo de explotación de la prostitución ajena; explotación laboral y doméstica, cuyos actos se configuran como delitos que trasgreden los derechos humanos de miles de personas en el mundo. La metodología de la investigación aplicada es cualitativa, para lo que se considera una muestra de 13 actores sociales. Los instrumentos de recolección de la información aplicados fueron la entrevista semiestructurada, revisión documental y notas de campo, para finalmente arribar a los resultados. Considerando que la trata de personas es un delito muy frecuente en la región de Madre de Dios, con mayor incidencia en las localidades de Delta uno, la Pampa, y Laberinto, etc., y que son parte de la jurisdicción de Mazuko Inambari se ha llegado a establecer que se ejerce este delito, como consecuencia de que estos son sectores que se dedican a la minería y comercio informal (CHS Alternativo, 2017). Según las respuestas que han sido recibidas en la mayoría de los 13 entrevistados se infiere que está mejorando de manera incipiente el accionar del Estado, puesto que aún es baja la articulación entre los distintos sectores del Estado, asimismo se advierte en las instituciones bajos niveles de asignación de presupuesto para ejecutar de manera eficiente las acciones de lucha contra la trata de personas, en tanto se ven limitadas por este mismo aspecto, las labores de prevención que conllevan la información, sensibilización y finalmente la persecución a tratantes y asistencia a víctimas. Se cuenta con normativa que sanciona a los sujetos que infringen los delitos de trata de personas, se cuenta con una política nacional de lucha contra este problema social; se cuenta con política regional sin embargo, es necesario que, las autoridades Nacionales, autoridades del Gobierno Regional y de los Gobiernos Locales tengan mayor coordinación, articulación, y mayor asignación de presupuestos acordes a su realidad social, cultural y geográfica para frenar y evitar el incremento del número de casos de trata de personas. / This research is carried out with the objective of analyzing how intervention strategies are working to address the trafficking of minors in the Mazuko area within the framework of the “National Plan of Action against Trafficking in Persons 2017-2021” In this investigation, address trafficking in persons in the form of sexual exploitation, in particular the subtype of exploitation of the prostitution of others; labor and domestic exploitation, these are crimes that transgress human rights. (CHS Alternative, 2017) According to the responses that have been received in the majority of the 13 interviewees, it is inferred that the actions of the State are improving in an incipient way, since the articulation between the different sectors of the State is still low, also it is noticed in the institutions low levels of budget allocation to efficiently carry out actions to combat trafficking in persons, as long as they are limited by this same aspect, prevention work that involves information, awareness and finally the persecution of traffickers and assistance to victims. There is legislation that sanctions subjects that infringe crimes of trafficking in persons, there is a national policy to combat this social problem; However, it is necessary that the National authorities, authorities of the Regional Government and Local Governments have greater coordination, articulation, and greater allocation of budgets according to their social, cultural and geographical reality to stop and prevent the increase in the number of cases of human trafficking
