Sahlin, Emma, Levenby, Rebecka January 2018 (has links)
Background: Blockchain have attracted a lot of attention in the last few years. It has been described as a technology that will increase the effectiveness of monitoring and improve the auditability of transactions which would have great implications for accountants and auditors. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate how blockchain can help auditors to implement audit trails. The aim is to increase awareness about what the blockchain technology is, investigate if blockchain can be used in audit trails and if it can contribute to more cost-effective, reliable and secure audit trail. Methodology: The study is an exploratory research to increase the knowledge and understanding of blockchain and audit trails. It has a qualitative approach where primary data is collected from a semi-structured interview with Deloitte. Conclusion: The results indicates that there exists a gap in the literature of previously research on blockchain in relation to audit trails that needs further investigation. Furthermore, this study shows that blockchain is a technology with a lot of potential, but knowledge is still limited. This study concludes that there is too little research conducted to be able to provide any conclusive evidence. Due to findings and limitations of this research, suggestions for further research is provided.

This thesis includes characterization of this area and a chapter dealing with the choice of the path, individual stands and their utilization. The path consists of 13 stands for which thematic informational texts were created. To each stand a subchapter was dedicated. Návrh naučné stezky na území obce Chlumín s využitím ve výuce botaniky na základní škole / A Proposal to Build a Nature Trail in the Village of Chlumín with Use in the Teaching of Botany at Elementary School

Uherová, Klára January 2018 (has links)
In the theoretical part of this thesis, I have reviewed the available literature focused on the problems around creating nature trails. I have evaluated the area around the municipality in terms of geomorphological structure, climate, soil and greenery. I have performed field research in order to find the most suitable route. The thesis describes a nature trail leading through the village of Chlumín. I have created graphical proposals as to what the information tables should look like. Another material piece of output is a promotional flyer. The proposed trail is a short round-trip educational trail focused especially on the topic of nature. Eight stops with have been drafted with a total trail length of 2.8 kilometres (1.74 miles) and all stops of the nature trail have been placed on a map. Afterwards, a questionnaire-style survey has been performed and its results analysed in the practical part of this thesis. The materials created during the creation of the thesis have been prepared for realisation by the Chlumín municipality. One chapter concerns itself with the usage methods for this nature trail and in it, I have pointed out the specific needs of this generation. Key words: nature trail, information table, conservation of nature, environmental education

Problémy institutu vazby / The Issue of Pre-trial Detention in Criminal Procedure

Doležalová, Dominika January 2018 (has links)
- The Issue of Pre-trail Detention in Criminal Procedure This diploma thesis deals with the problems of pre-trail detention. The issue of pre-trail detention is a current and widely discussed topic due to two main reasons. First is the very nature of pre-trail detention as a means of procedural criminal law, with which the law most intensely interferes with the personal freedom of the individual. The second reason is its development and anchoring in the Czech legal system. Pre-trial detention has very specific characteristics because it interferes with personal freedom of an individual whose guilt has not been determined by the court. Consequently, there is a conflict between the human right to personal freedom and the need for the state to ensure the proper conduct of criminal proceedings and investigation. The thesis is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter deals with the concept of criminal detention itself and its role in criminal proceedings. The next chapter is dedicated to the development of the law of detention from 1873 to the present. The historical overview of the legal regulation of pre-trail detention is important for the understanding and interpretation of its perception today, and shows a gradual increase in the level of protection of human rights. The third chapter briefly...
