Thesis on "Insurance in tourism" deals on insurance products offered in the field of tourism. It focuses on the characteristics and importance of travel insurance, which are supplemented by analysis of products offered through multipledistribution channels. The purpose of this analysis is to determine the best insurance product according to the price affordability and complexity of insurance protection. In connection with insurance against failure of travel agencies dealing with the consequences of uninsured activities of travel agencies. Here suggests some measures and procedures involved institutions to eliminate this risk-taking business. Another part is devoted to the issue of fly-ticket insurance and related possibility of introducing compulsory insurance of airlines. Finally, provides information about the behavior of people inquiring insurance by the questionnaire.

Frågeställningar: Vad bör en CSR-strategi innehålla för en resebyrå? Underfråga: Hur bör en resebyrå kommunicera sin CSR-strategi till sina leverantörer? Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att analysera vilka aspekter och komponenter som bör ligga till grund för en resebyrås CSR-strategi. Målet är att dessa grunder ska mynna ut i rekommendationer för resebyråer för hur de ska formulera sin CSR-strategi. Syftet är även att undersöka och analysera hur resebyrån, som mellanhand, på bästa sätt ska kommunicera denna strategi till sina leverantörer. Vi ämnar hjälpa och guida resebyråer med att kommunicera dessa rekommendationer till sina leverantörer för att på så sätt göra resebranschen till en industri som på ett mer ansvarsfullt sätt tar hänsyn till ovan nämnda aspekter och komponenter. Metod: Denna kvalitativa uppsats har utförts med en induktiv ansats. Studien har byggts på data insamlad från semistrukturerade telefonintervjuer, sekundärkällor från relevanta organisationer samt litteraturstudier från framstående författare i ämnena CSR och CSR-kommunikation. Resultat: Studien har visat att CSR bör delas in i aspekter och komponenter som senare mynnar ut i aktiviteter för företag inom resebranschen att vidta. Dessa bör sedan kommuniceras till leverantörer med hjälp av kommunikation i form av dialoger, avtal och uppföljning. / Research questions: What should be included in a CSR-strategy for a travel agency? Sub question: How should a travel agency communicate this CSR-strategy to its suppliers? Purpose: This study aims to analyze what aspects and components that should be included in a travel agency’s CSR-strategy. The goal with the study is to create recommendations for travel agencies so that they can formulate their CSR-strategy. The aim is also to examine and analyze how the travel agency, as an intermediator, in best possible way can communicate this strategy to its suppliers to make the tourism industry more responsible. The study also aims to help and guide companies in the tourism industry to communicate their CSR-strategy. Methods: This qualitative research is inductive. The study has been built on data from semi-structured phone interviews, secondary data from relevant organizations and literature studies from well-known authors in the subjects of CSR and CSRcommunication. Results: The study has shown that CSR should be divided in to aspects and components, which in turn will lead to activities for companies in the tourism industry to take part of. These aspects, components and activities should then be communicated by agreements, dialogues and follow-ups.

Compulsory Contractual Insurance Abstract The subject of this diploma thesis is legal regulation of compulsory contractual insurance in the Czech legislation with a focus on its general regulation in civil law. The special regulation of compulsory liability insurance for lawyers, health service providers and the insurance of a guarantee in case of bankruptcy of the travel agency is also called for. The methods of description, analysis and, to a lesser extent, comparisons are used to fulfil the objectives of this work. The first chapter deals with the concept of compulsory contractual insurance. It includes a historical excursion. The largest part of the chapter describes the types of compulsory insurance and their distinction from voluntary and statutory insurance. The conclusion of this section is a preview of the legislation on compulsory contractual insurance in selected countries. The second chapter focuses on the description and analysis of the current legislation on compulsory insurance. At the beginning of the chapter, a description of the general regulation of the insurance contract, its subjects and form are made. The readers of this thesis meet the topic of internet advertising. The thesis describes different forms of internet advertising and its special features. Its aim is to analyse individual forms of internet advertising and propose an optimal campaign for the chosen subject. The first part covers theoretical knowledge in this area. The next part contains the analysis of competitors' use of Internet advertising. After that follows the analysis of current trends and offer of advertising agencies focusing on internet advertising. Based on the data gained in these parts, the last part of the thesis contains specific proposals and recommendations for internet advertising of the chosen company. These advertising campaigns should bring the company increase in sales and they should also increase public awareness of the company brand.

It describes Balanced Scorecard and its principles and it also defines Business Intelligence, the architecture of BI and the implementation process generally. In the second part the particular metrics model is generated and a few specific metrics from this model are implemented in the Business Intelligence pilot project.

The thesis looks at a detailed evaluation of the potential merger of two travel agents (Travel Agent Obnova Ltd., and Travel Agent Marcela Drašnarová). The first part deals with a comprehensive analysis of both companies. The theoretical characteristic of financial analysis builds its practical implementation on the example of Travel Agent Obnova. Qualitative analysis is based on PEST analysis, competitive analysis and SWOT analysis for the two above mentioned companies. The second part is devoted to the integration of enterprises in the tourism sector as part of the globalization process. The paper presents specific examples of merger based on real experience. In conclusion, the thesis characterizes and assesses the options for the integration of those travel agents.

The thesis deals with the inbound senior tourism. The main aim of the thesis is to analyze the supply of package tours for seniors in the Czech Republic on the basis of the information recorded by the available resources. The other objective is to collect detailed information about senior tourism and to propose appropriate inbound package tours for seniors in the Czech republic on the basis of collected data. The concepts related to the senior tourism and specifics of the senior tourism are defined in the theoretical part of this thesis. The supply of package tours for seniors in the Czech Republic is analyzed in practical part. Web pages of the Czech inbound tour operators and questionnaires in particular are used to collect data. SWOT analysis is used to evaluate current supply. Examples of good practice from both foreign and Czech travel agencies are also mentioned in this thesis. In the conclusion, recommendations about appropriate package tours for seniors are designed on the basis of the primary and secondary data

The Master’s thesis deals with the financial performance ratings of the selected travel agency during the years 2012 – 2016 with using benchmarking and financial analysis. The first part of thesis focuses on description of basic terms and methodological procedures, which are used for company performance evaluation. In the second part of thesis, these findings are practically applied and are made analysis of the current situation of the company and its closest competitions. Based on information from the analysis are presented the proposals, which improve a financial position company.
