Triatomine bugs are blood-sucking arthropods transmitters of Trypanosoma cruzi and Trypanosoma rangeli. It is known that eating behavior and the transmission of pathogens by these vectors vary between different species and are dependent, directly or indirectly, of bioactive molecules in saliva that help in vector-parasite-host interaction. In this sense, characterize and compare the sialoproteômico repertory of three important species of major triatomine genera of the Americas: Rhodnius prolixus, Triatoma lecticularia and Panstrongylus herreri, identifying 221 proteins, 69 of R. prolixus, 100 T. lecticularia and 52 P. herreri. Among the main findings, we found a high prevalence of nitroforinas in R. prolixus (68%) and lipocalin in T. lecticularia (79%) and P. herreri (49%). In this context, the most significant protein per spot R. prolixus, T. lecticularia and P. herreri most abundant, with significant difference among others, were Nitrophorin-4 (28.7%) Salivary lipocalin 5 (65.2%) and Putative triabin (20.5%), respectively. Another significant finding was the single molecule presents the three species studied, not categorized protein T1HT34, which would act as a protein link between them, identifying themselves as paráloga of Putative fry-like conserved. The data obtained by the characterization by the Gene Ontology, came to corroborate previous findings, showing up all the functions identified as beneficiaries of the blood meal of the insects.
