Due to its have many special mechanism for Tris(diphenylacetylene)(carbonyl)Tungsten. They could form interested structure of new compounds. Synthesis in high temperature we could get metallofullerene compounds W(CO)(£b2-C60)(£b2-PhC¡ÝCPh)(£b4-C4Ph4) 1a and W(CO)(£b2-C60)(¡ÝCPh)(£b5-C5Ph5) 1b. We also through C-H activation to get compound W(CO)2(£b3,£b5-C5Ph4(o-C6H4)CHPh) 2. To separate and Purify these compounds. To make sure mechanism of compound 2, we use cross experiment to confirm it.

Effect of Tris, MOPS, and phosphate buffers on the hydrolysis of polyethylene terephthalate films by polyester hydrolases

The enzymatic degradation of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) occurs at mild reaction conditions and may find applications in environmentally friendly plastic waste recycling processes. The hydrolytic activity of the homologous polyester hydrolases LC cutinase (LCC) from a compost metagenome and TfCut2 from Thermobifida fusca KW3 against PET films was strongly influenced by the reaction medium buffers tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (Tris), 3-(N-morpholino)propanesulfonic acid (MOPS), and sodium phosphate. LCC showed the highest initial hydrolysis rate of PET films in 0.2 M Tris, while the rate of TfCut2 was 2.1-fold lower at this buffer concentration. At a Tris concentration of 1 M, the hydrolysis rate of LCC decreased by more than 90% and of TfCut2 by about 80%. In 0.2 M MOPS or sodium phosphate buffer, no significant differences in the maximum initial hydrolysis rates of PET films by both enzymes were detected. When the concentration of MOPS was increased to 1 M, the hydrolysis rate of LCC decreased by about 90%. The activity of TfCut2 remained low compared to the increasing hydrolysis rates observed at higher concentrations of sodium phosphate buffer. In contrast, the activity of LCC did not change at different concentrations of this buffer. An inhibition study suggested a competitive inhibition of TfCut2 and LCC by Tris and MOPS. Molecular docking showed that Tris and MOPS interfered with the binding of the polymeric substrate in a groove located at the protein surface. A comparison of the Ki values and the average binding energies indicated MOPS as the stronger inhibitor of the both enzymes.

La réévaluation des impacts toxicologique et environnemental des répulsifs synthétiques conduit à reconsidérer les répulsifs d'origine naturelle pour la prévention des maladies transmises par les insectes (dengue, chikungunya, paludisme,…). Cette étude se rapporte aux structures de type bis(oxazolidine) envisagées comme prodrogues de répulsifs naturels par leur conversion avec le tris(hydroxyméthyl)aminométhane (TRIS). Différents protocoles et voies de synthèse ont été étudiés sur une série représentative d'aldéhydes pour définir l'étendue et les limites de l'approche permettant de concentrer deux unités d'un même principe actif au sein de bis(oxazolidines) symétriques et de reproduire un effet synergique avec deux unités différentes formant des bis(oxazolidines) dissymétriques. La fonctionnalisation des bis(oxazolidines) a été également envisagée pour moduler leur balance hydrophile-lipophile. L'étude de la réaction de cyclocondensation met en évidence l'influence des paramètres structuraux sur le procédé de synthèse des bis(oxazolidines), la stabilité des intermédiaires (monooxazolidines) et la stéréosélectivité de la réaction. L'interprétation des résultats est proposée sur la base des effets (stéréo)-électroniques. Cette étude démontre l'intérêt de cette approche chimique pour la production de prodrogues de répulsifs naturels qui peuvent constituer des atouts pour le développement durable. / The more sensitive human and environmental risk assessments of non natural repellents have encouraged the rehabilitation of botanical-based repellents for the prevention of insect-transmitted diseases (dengue, chikungunya, malaria…). This study is related to bis(oxazolidine) structures envisaged as prodrug derivatives of natural repellents by their conversion with tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane (TRIS). The scope and limitations of various procedures and pathways have been assessed with structurally diverse aldehydes to concentrate two identical units in the symmetrical structures and to reproduce a synergistic effect with two different units in the unsymmetrical ones. Subsequent functionalization of the heterocyclic derivatives has been achieved to modulate their hydrophilic-lipophilic balance. The study of the cyclocondensation reaction shows evidence for the influence of structural effects not only on the chemical process but also on the relative stability of the monocyclic intermediates and the stereochemical outcomes of the reaction. The results are discussed on the basis of (stereo)-electronic effects. Finally, this study confirms the feasibility of this chemical approach to produce prodrugs of natural repellents which could appear as a contributive effort to sustainable development.

O 2,4-diclorofenol (2,4-DCF), poluente modelo usado neste trabalho, é um composto empregado na produção de pesticidas, herbicidas e anti-sépticos, e comumente encontrado em efluentes industriais, sendo considerado um poluente prioritário devido a sua elevada toxicidade e alto poder de persistência no ambiente. Este trabalho objetivou estudar a degradação do 2,4-DCF em reator fotoquímico tubular com coletores parabólicos compostos (CPC) irradiado pelo Sol, operado em batelada com recirculação e admissão contínua de peróxido de hidrogênio à vazão de 11 mL min-1. A oxidação do poluente foi baseada no processo foto-Fenton catalisado por tris(oxalato) ferrato(III) (FeOx), investigando-se os efeitos das seguintes variáveis: concentração inicial de 2,4-DCF ([2,4-DCF] = 21-520 mgCL-1), concentrações de oxidante ([H2O2] = 9,9-130 Mm) e de fotocatalisador ([FeOx] = 0,2-1,8 mM) e área de coleta de fótons (0,196-0,98 m2), estudadas a partir de um planejamento Doehlert em múltiplos níveis. A foto-oxidação foi monitorada por medidas da concentração de carbono orgânico total (TOC) e oxigênio dissolvido (OD), tendo sido identificadas condições com remoção de TOC alcançando 99,8% em 90 minutos de tratamento. Nas análises estatísticas dos resultados, os efeitos da área de coleta de fótons e da concentração de H2O2 concordaram com o comportamento esperado, sugerindo, porém, efeitos sequestradores de radicais hidroxila quando a concentração de H2O2 é alta. A partir dos dados experimentais, obteve-se um modelo de redes neurais, usado para previsão da taxa de remoção de TOC em função do tempo. Através do método HIPR (Holdback Input Randomization Method) e dos pesos associados a cada variável de entrada da rede neural, avaliou-se a importância relativa das variáveis de entrada. De maneira geral, os resultados comprovaram a viabilidade do processo foto-Fenton catalisado por tris(oxalato) ferrato III e irradiado pelo Sol para o tratamento de efluentes aquosos contendo 2,4-diclorofenol. / 2,4-dichlorophenol (2,4-DCF), the model pollutant selected in this work, is a compound used in the production of pesticides, herbicides, antiseptics, and commonly found in industrial wastewaters. Efeito de alguns substituintes da 1,10-fenantrolina em corantes sensibilizadores do tipo cis-[Ru(R2-phen)(dcbH2)(NCS)2]

Orientador: Prof. Dr. André Sarto Polo / Dissertação (mestrado) - Universidade Federal do ABC, Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ciência & Tecnologia - Química, 2014. / O trabalho desenvolvido teve como foco sintetizar compostos tris-heterolepticos de rutenio(II), o cis-[Ru(phen)(dcbH2)(NCS)2], o cis-[Ru(Me2-phen)(dcbH2)(NCS)2] e o cis-[Ru(Ph2-phen)(dcbH2)(NCS)2]. Estes compostos foram sintetizados pela rota one-pot que forneceu rendimentos superiores a 60%. A escolha dos substituintes nas posicoes 4 e 7 da fenantrolina foram feitas com o intuito de analisar o efeito causado por um grupo retirador de eletrons (Ph - fenila) e por um grupo doador de eletrons (Me - metila). Os compostos sintetizados foram caracterizados por analise elementar, espectroscopia eletronica, espectroscopia vibracional, emissao e ressonancia magnetica nuclear de 1H. Pelo espectro vibracional constatou-se que o aumento da densidade eletronica causado pelo grupo doador de eletrons desloca o ¿Þ(CN)NCS para uma regiao de maior energia e apresenta um efeito contrario para o grupo retirador de eletrons. Com o auxilio da ressonancia magnetica nuclear de 1H foi possivel comparar os sinais dos protons H2 e verificou-se que o composto com o substituinte com o grupo doador de eletrons foi deslocado para campo alto em relacao ao composto com o substituinte com o grupo retirador de eletrons. Os grupos substituintes influenciam muito pouco nas propriedades eletronicas dos compostos sintetizados. Os espectros de emissao dos compostos apresentam bandas largas e nao estruturadas, tipicas de emissao proveniente do estado thexi 3MLCT. Os tres compostos foram utilizados como corantes sensibilizadores de celulas solares. Com este trabalho observou-se que pela escolha adequada dos grupos substituintes e possivel modular as propriedades dos corantes sensibilizadores. O desempenho fotoeletroquimico foi avaliado por testes de curvas de corrente potencial e apresentaram os seguintes resultados: cis-[Ru(phen)(dcbH2)(NCS)2]: Voc = 0,733 V, Jsc = 8,67 mA cm-2, ff = 0,61 e £b = 3,78%; cis-[Ru(Me2-phen)(dcbH2)(NCS)2]: Voc = 0,683 V, Jsc = 12,72 mA cm-2, ff = 0,55 e £b = 4,60%; cis-[Ru(Ph2-phen)(dcbH2)(NCS)2]: Voc = 0,738 V, Jsc = 13,28 mA cm-2, ff = 0,63 e £b = 6,18%. / The developed work focused on synthesizing compounds tris-heteroleptic ruthenium(II), cis-[Ru(phen)(dcbH2)(NCS)2], cis-[Ru(Me2-phen)(dcbH2)(NCS)2] and were synthesized cis-[Ru(Ph2-phen)(dcbH2)(NCS)2]. These compounds were synthesized by one-pot route which provided higher yields at 60%. The choice of the substituents at positions 4 and 7 of phenanthroline were made in order to analyze the effect caused by an electron withdrawing group (Ph - phenyl) and an electron donating group (Me - methyl). The synthesized compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, electronic spectroscopy, vibrational spectroscopy, emission and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance. For the vibrational spectrum it was found that increasing the electron density caused by the electron donating group displaces the ¿Þ(CN)NCS for a higher energy region and has an opposite effect to the electron withdrawing group. With the aid of 1H nuclear magnetic resonance was possible to compare the signals of the protons H2, and it was found that the compound of the substituent with electron donating group was shifted upfield compared to the compound with the substituent withdrawing group electrons. The substituent groups very little influence on the electronic properties of the synthesized compounds. Emission spectra of the compounds show broad and unstructured bands, typical of emission from the 3MLCT thexi state. The three compounds were used as sensitizing dyes of solar cells. With this work it was observed that with the appropriate choice of substituents is possible to modulate the properties of the dyes. The photoelectrochemical performance was evaluated by testing current and potential curves showed the following results: cis-[Ru(phen)(dcbH2)(NCS)2]: Voc = 0.733 V, Jsc = 8.67 mA cm- 2, ff = 0.61 and £b = 3.78 %; cis-[Ru(Me2-phen)(dcbH2)(NCS)2]: Voc = 0.683 V, Jsc = 12.72 mA cm-2, ff = 0.55 and £b = 4.60 %; cis-[Ru(Ph2-phen phen)(dcbH2)( NCS)2]: Voc = 0.738 V, Jsc = 13.28 mA cm-2, ff = 0.63 and ç = 6.18 % .

<p>The paper discusses the problems contemporary Swedish art criticism faces when judging performance art and interactive art. Problems include among others that performance art is collectively ignored in Swedish newspaper art criticism. This prevents art critics from fair contextualising of contemporary performance art. Down in the rabbit hole, performance by Tris Vonna-Michell and its reception exemplifies these problems. Performance and interactive art seems to be disturbing art critics. Works of art which demands the viewer to take active part in its realisation makes it hard – not to say impossible - to maintain an objective point of wiew. Objectivity has been a condition to be able to judge a work of art since Kant’s theories 1791. In order to isolate all the problems concerning performance art and interactive art, the conditions of contemporary Swedish newspaper art criticism are described. To show that the general conditions and its problems have been discussed earlier, the paper also includes the latest big debate about Swedish art criticism. The paper shows that the problem for art critics to remain objective and independent from the work of art presented is not exclusive for performance and interactive art. It is an emblematic problem for Swedish art criticism 2006. This problem includes economic and careerist opportunities witch makes it hard for Swedish art critics to remain independent.</p>

The goal was to add in the thawing of goat semen, solutions of Ringer's lactate, sodium citrate and 2.92% and TRIS solution to verify the stability and persistence of sperm motility and strength as well as changes in the plasma membrane. Semen was collected from adult male goats were healthy with history of normal fertility, during the natural breeding season (March-April 2010). We evaluated the physical characteristics of semen at collection and the thawing of straws, which have undergone a process of cooling medium. Even after thawing were performed three additional tests: test of heat resistance (TTR), supravital and bonding sperm in egg yolk. All average values for fresh semen as the volume (mL), motility (%), strength (0-5), sperm concentration (x10 9 total) and morphology (% normal) were consistent with that recommended by the Brazilian College of Animal Reproduction (CBRA), being 1.0 ± 0.04, 83.1 ± 0.54 3.9 ± 0.08, 3.3 ± 0.2 and 90.8 ± 0.85, respectively. The parameters motility (33.1 ± 1.8%) and strength (3.0 ± 0.1) semen analysis in the post-thawing (5 minutes) also attended what is established by CBRA the beginning of the TTR, but the period of survival of semen did not exceed 90 minutes after thawing, decreasing sharply over time. The treatment control was the with highest motility after thawing (42.2 ± 2.0) and the treatment received the TRIS solution showed greater persistence (90 minutes) and less abrupt decline in motility parameters and force in relation to other treatments. In all treatments, after 30 minutes of TTR, the parameters were lower than those recommended by the CBRA. One possible explanation for the TRIS solution have allowed persistence and less abrupt decline in motility and strength parameters may bedue to the increase in volume and dilution of the elements that could be being toxic to sperm (free radicals) and also the addition of fructose ( substratro energy), TRIS and citric acid (buffering agent).Additional tests (test of binding of sperm in egg yolk and supravital test) performed in this study showed no difference between treatments (P> 0.05). A positive correlation between motility and supravital test, the test can be considered a ratification of motility assessed subjectively by the researcher. No significant difference was found between the morphologic alterations observed after cryopreservation compared to fresh semen. It was concluded therefore that the addition of Ringer lactate, sodium citrate 2.92% and TRIS solution did not allow greater persistence of motility and vigor after thawing. We suggest the in vivo tests to verify whether the survival time after addition of diluents presented is sufficient to achieve fertilization, since it can count on the assistance of the female external factors (nutrition and aid in movement of sperm). It is further recommended the use of fluorescent probes to assess sperm to better verify the membrane integrity of sperm, since sperm motility in this study had motility after thawing, but their membranes could be altered to the point of not supporting the challenge of temperature (37 °C) for long periods. / O experimento foi realizado no Setor de Caprinocutura do Departamento de Zootecnia da Universidade Federal de Viçosa, no município de Viçosa-MG. O objetivo foi adicionar, no descongelamento de sêmen caprino, as soluções de Ringer com lactato, citrato de sódio 2,92% e solução TRIS, para verificar a estabilidade e persistência da motilidade e vigor dos espermatozóides, assim como alterações da membrana plasmática. O sêmen foi coletado de machos caprinos adultos, sadios, com histórico de fertilidade normal, durante a estação de monta natural (março a abril de 2010). Foram avaliadas as características físicas do sêmen no momento da coleta e no descongelamento das palhetas, as quais passaram por um processo de resfriamento médio. Ainda após o descongelamento, foram realizados três testes complementares: teste de termorresistência (TTR), supravital e de ligação do espermatozóide na gema de ovo. Todos os valores médios obtidos para o sêmen fresco quanto a volume (mL), motilidade (%), vigor (0-5), concentração espermática (x109 totais), e morfologia (% normais) foram condizentes ao preconizado pelo Colégio Brasileiro de Reprodução Animal (CBRA), sendo de 1,0±0,04; 83,1±0,54; 3,9±0,08; 3,3±0,2 e 90,8±0,85, respectivamente. Os parâmetros motilidade (33,1±1,8%) e vigor (3,0±0,1) do sêmen analisado no pós-descongelamento (5 minutos) também atenderam o que é estabelecido pelo CBRA no início do TTR; porém, o período de sobrevivência do sêmen não ultrapassou os 90 minutos após o descongelamento, diminuindo bruscamente com o passar do tempo. O tratamento controle foi o que obteve maior motilidade no descongelamento (42,2±2,0) e o tratamento que recebeu a solução TRIS apresentou maior persistência (90 minutos) e diminuição menos abrupta dos parâmetros motilidade e vigor, em relação aos outros tratamentos. Em todos os tratamentos, após 30 minutos de TTR, os parâmetros estavam aquém do preconizado pelo CBRA. Uma possível explicação para a solução TRIS ter permitido persistência e diminuição menos abrupta dos parâmetros motilidade e vigor pode ser devido o aumento de volume e diluição dos elementos que poderiam estar sendo tóxicos aos espermatozóides (radicais livres) e, também, a adição de frutose (substratro energético), TRIS e ácido cítrico (agentes tamponantes). Os testes complementares (teste de ligação do espermatozóide na gema de ovo e teste supravital) realizados neste trabalho não apresentaram diferença entre tratamentos (P>0,05). Foi encontrada correlação positiva entre a motilidade e o exame supravital, podendo o teste ser considerado uma ratificação dos valores de motilidade aferidos subjetivamente pelo pesquisador. Não foi encontrada diferença significativa entre as alterações morfológicas observadas após a criopreservação em relação ao sêmen fresco. Concluiu-se, assim, que a adição das soluções Ringer lactato, citrato de sódio 2,92% e solução TRIS não permitiu maior persistência da motilidade e vigor após o descongelamento. Sugere-se a realização de testes in vivo a fim de verificar se o tempo de sobrevivência apresentado após adição dos diluentes é suficiente para se realizar a fertilização, uma vez que se pode contar com o auxílio de fatores inerentes a fêmea (nutrição e auxílio na movimentação do espermatozóide). Recomenda-se ainda, o uso de sondas fluorescentes naavaliação espermática para se verificar melhor a integridade da membrana dosespermatozóides, pois os espermatozóides neste trabalho possuíam motilidade após o descongelamento, mas as suas membranas poderiam estar alteradas a ponto de não suportarem o desafio da temperatura (37 ºC) por longo período.
