El estudio titulado: “ Relación entre conocimientos y actitudes hacia la aplicación de medidas preventivas de la tuberculosis en familiares de pacientes de la ESN- PCT , C.S. San Luis- 2012”. Tuvo como objetivo general: Determinar la relación entre los conocimientos y las actitudes hacia la aplicación de las medidas preventivas en familiares de pacientes de la ESN-PCT. El Material y Métodos fue de nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo correlacional de corte transversal. La población esta conformada por 32 familiares de pacientes. La técnica fue la entrevista y el instrumento tipo cuestionario y escala tipo lickert, el cual fue obtenido previo consentimiento informado. Resultados: Del 100% (32); 56 % (18) no conoce, y 44% (14) conoce. Con respecto a las actitudes de los familiares hacia la aplicación de las medidas preventivas de la tuberculosis en los familiares de pacientes de la ESN-PCT , 56% (18) presenta una actitud de aceptación y 44% (14) rechazo. Conclusiones: Para establecer la relación entre las variables se aplico la prueba de ji cuadrado obtenida un X2 < X2 por lo que se acepta la H0 , es decir no hay relación entre los conocimientos y las actitudes . El mayor porcentaje de familiares no conoce sobre el uso de quimioprofilaxis, vacunación BCG y tienen una actitud de aceptación , seguido de un porcentaje significativo que conoce y rechaza la aplicación de las medidas preventivas. La presente investigación titulada: Actividades Preventivo Promocionales que Realiza la Enfermera en la Estrategia Sanitaria de Control de Tuberculosis y en el Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo en los Centros de Salud de la RSS SJM - VMT Según la Opinión de los Usuarios, tuvo como objetivo: Determinar las actividades preventivas Promociónales que realizan las enfermeras en el Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo y en la Estrategia Sanitaria de Control de tuberculosis en los Centros de Salud. El diseño metodológico elegido fue: descriptivo, aplicativo, transversal se contó con 94 madres que llevan a sus niños al Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo y 84 usuarios de la Estrategia Sanitaria de Control de Tuberculosis, para el estudio se creyó conveniente la utilización de la entrevista encuesta para lograr que el usuario pueda expresarse libremente. Las conclusiones a las que se llegaron fueron: Dentro de la Educación para la Salud en el control de Crecimiento y desarrollo los ejes temáticos que mas desarrolla la enfermera según opinión del usuario son: nutrición infantil y el eje temáticos de Inmunizaciones con lo cual es importante porque contribuye a que la población pueda ampliar y mejorar sus conocimientos sobre estos temas con lo cual puede tener un mejor control sobre las determinantes de su salud. Dentro de las Actividades de Reducción de Riesgo en el Control de Crecimiento y Desarrollo la actividad que mas realiza la enfermera según opinión del usuario es el control de peso y en similar porcentaje el control de la talla, también realiza el examen físico al niño, y la valoración del desarrollo psicomotor del niño. Dentro de la Educación para al salud en la Estrategia Sanitaria de Control de tuberculosis los eje temáticos en los que basa la educación son: Tratamiento antituberculoso dentro de este eje desarrolla temas tales como: las reacciones adversas de los fármacos, importancia del tratamiento , y en menor porcentaje sobre la importancia de la quimioprofilaxis, en el eje temático sobre la reducción de riesgos específicos los usuarios opinan que la enfermera lo orienta sobre la importancia de la vacuna BCG sobre la importancia de las interconsultas. Publicación a texto completo no autorizada por el autor / Establecer el nivel de conocimiento sobre tuberculosis pulmonar en gestantes de bajo peso del Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho, 2018. Se realizó un estudio descriptivo de tipo transversal en la que se incluyeron a todas las gestantes de bajo peso que acudieron por consultorio de ginecología, control de ITS y servicio de psicoprofilaxis en el periodo diciembre 2017- febrero 2018. Se encuestaron 298 gestantes de bajo peso en total, de las cuales se demostró un nivel de conocimiento de medio (40.27 %) sobre los signos, síntomas y vías de transmisión (40.07%); criterios diagnósticos (40.09 %); protocolos de tratamiento y medidas de prevención (40.01 %). Además el 59.06% (176) tienen la edad entre 19 - 29 años y el 51.34% son pacientes con una edad gestacional menor a 37 semanas. En relación al grado de instrucción, el 44.63% (133) tienen secundaria completa y el 16.44% (49) tienen secundaria incompleta. El 65.10% (194) son ama de casa y el 21.14% (63) tienen trabajo como empleadas. El 56.71% (169) son pacientes con Índice de masa corporal (IMC) pregestacional normal y el 24.50% (73) tienen sobrepeso. Se observó un nivel medio de conocimiento de la enfermedad, sin embargo se sugiere reforzar los conocimientos en este campo para generar un mejor entendimiento de la tuberculosis en las gestantes, principalmente en las de menor grado de instrucción. / Tesis
