Além de vender carnes, o açougueiro Luiz Amorim, há quase duas décadas, coloca estantes de livros em seu estabelecimento para quem quiser pegar exemplares emprestados sem qualquer burocracia, sem sequer se identificar e devolvê-los quando quiser; programa noites culturais, com debates, saraus e shows; instala livros e terminais de internet em paradas de ônibus, trazendo prazer e cultura na espera da ida ao trabalho ou da volta para casa. Hoje, os eventos do Açougue Cultural T-Bone, localizado na quadra comercial 312 da Asa Norte, estão inseridos no calendário cultural da Capital do País e desmontam o senso comum, revolucionando o sentido das ações patrimoniais existentes. Pode um fazer cultural de um açougueiro ser considerado um patrimônio cultural? Por meio de revisão bibliográfica, pretendemos lançar luz sobre como e em que medida práticas culturais tomadas isoladamente, como a transformação de um açougue em um lugar de cultura, podem ser consideradas uma ação patrimonial, o que vai nos permitir uma análise crítica do que comumente se entende por patrimônio cultural e avançar na conceituação de termos como identidade, cidadania, ideologia, cultura, patrimônio, hegemonia, práxis, alienação e turismo na busca de interpretar essa trajetória e de uma compreensão sobre a dimensão dessa prática cultural e se ela também é motivadora de turismo. ______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT / This research project aims to investigate whether a cultural building of a butcher from de city of Brasilia can be considered a cultural heritage by its city residents. Besides selling meat, the butcher Luiz Amorim, almost two decades ago, puts bookshelves in his establishment for those who want to pick-up copies, borrowed without any paperwork or need of identification, and returns them when desired. He also programmes cultural evenings with discussions, soirees and concerts, installs books and internet terminals is bus stops, bringing pleasure and culture for those who come and go from home to work. Today, the events of the Cultural Butcher T-Bone, located at Commercial Block 312 North Wing, are included in the Capital’s City Cultural Calendar and dismantle common sense, revolutionizing the meaning of existing equity shares. Can a cultural doing from a butcher be considered a cultural heritage? Through literature review, we intend to shed light on how and to what extent can cultural practices, taken alone, as the transformation of a butcher-shop into a place of culture, can be considered a patrimonial action, which will enable us to a critical analysis of what is commonly meant by cultural heritage and so advance the conceptualization of terms such as: identity, citizenship, ideology, culture, heritage, hegemony, praxis, alienation and tourism, in seeking to interpret this trajectory and an understanding of the cultural dimension of this cultural practice and, if by itself, it is a motivation for tourism.
