Las competencias laborales y el clima organizacional del personal administrativo en las universidades tecnológicas privadas del Lima

La presente investigación tiene por objetivo estudiar la influencia existente entre las competencias laborales y el clima organizacional en las universidades tecnológicas privadas de Lima, y la relación entre el clima y las diferentes dimensiones del desempeño laboral. Mediante un tipo de investigación correlacional y diseño no experimental se aplicó a una muestra de 161 trabajadores administrativos, seleccionados mediante muestreo aleatorio. Se aplicaron dos instrumentos: la escala de clima organizacional de Sonia Palma y una escala de desempeño laboral. Ambas pruebas fueron sometidas a validez y confiabilidad, así como análisis factorial confirmatorio con importantes niveles de covarianza. Los datos fueron procesados mediante estadísticos descriptivos e inferenciales. Se llegó a las siguientes conclusiones: existe correlación directa, positiva y significativa entre las competencias laborales y el clima organizacional, así como entre todas y cada una de las dimensiones de las competencias laborales con el clima organizacional: (p-valor < 0.001) / This research aims to study the influence between job performance and organizational climate in a Private Technological University of Lima and the relationship between climate and various dimensions of job performance. Using a type of correlational research and experimental design is not applied to a sample of 161 administrative workers, selected by random sampling. The instruments used were: the scale of Sonia Palma organizational climate and job performance scale. Both tests were subjected to validity and reliability, and confirmatory factor analysis of covariance with significant levels. The data were processed using descriptive and inferential statistical.
