CAPES / Esta dissertação teve como objetivo geral verificar a qualidade da mobilidade urbana na cidade de Pato Branco/PR através de um levantamento da estrutura atual do sistema de transporte público coletivo por ônibus, considerando aspectos sociais, econômicos e ambientais, bem como a opinião do usuário. Os objetivos foram tratados de forma descritiva tanto para a caracterização do espaço urbano, população urbana e sistema de transporte público coletivo, quanto para os indicadores da ferramenta IMUS e pesquisa de opinião aplicada ao usuário do sistema. O problema foi tratado sobre o ponto de vista quantitativo, requerendo, portanto, de técnicas estatísticas para definição da amostragem e da análise dos dados. A metodologia utilizada para caracterização do objeto em estudo, bem como para a análise dos indicadores, deu-se a partir de conversas com órgãos públicos no intuito de adquirir as informações necessárias. Para a pesquisa de opinião, utilizou-se de questionários e métodos estatísticos, respectivamente. A importância deste estudo está no fato de se visualizar a qualidade do serviço de transporte prestado, bem como a compreensão sobre a realidade da mobilidade urbana na cidade, permitindo, a partir de potencialidades, condicionantes e deficiências levantadas, montar estratégias para melhorar a qualidade de vida dos usuários. Como sugestão este trabalho propõe: ao poder público, a elaboração imediata do Plano Municipal de Mobilidade Urbana; à Prefeitura Municipal de Pato Branco, por intermédio da Coordenadoria do Órgão Gestor do Sistema de Transporte Coletivo de Passageiros Urbano e Interiorano do DEPATRAN e as empresas do transporte público coletivo, atender as solicitações de melhorias ao serviço prestado, tendo como beneficiário a cidade como um todo. / This work aimed to verify the quality of urban mobility in the city of Pato Branco / PR through a survey of the current structure of the system of public transportation by bus, considering social, economic and environmental, as well as the user's opinion. The objectives were treated for both descriptive characterization of urban space and urban public transportation system, and for indicators tool IMUS and opinion research applied to the system user. The problem was treated on the quantitative point of view, therefore require, statistical techniques for the definition of sampling and data analysis. The methodology used to characterize the object under study, as well as for the analysis of the indicators, there has been from conversations with government agencies in order to acquire the necessary information. For the survey, we used questionnaires and statistical methods, respectively. The importance of this study is in fact to visualize the quality of the transport service provided, as well as understanding about the reality of urban mobility in the city, from enabling capabilities, constraints and deficiencies raised to develop strategies to improve the quality of life of users. As a suggestion to this work proposes: the government, the immediate preparation of the Municipal Urban Mobility Plan, the City of Pato Branco, through the Coordination Body System Manager Public Transport Urban Passenger and Provincial of the DEPATRAN and the companies of public transportation, meet the requests for improvements to the service, having as beneficiary the city as a whole.
