Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjami darnios lyderystės plėtojimas organizacijose. Teorinėje dalyje pateikti mokslinės literatūros analizę lyderystės, vadovavimo ir darnios lyderystės temomis. Analitinėje dalyje atlikti darnios lyderystės plėtojimo analizę ir empiriškai patikrinti veiksnius, lemiančius darnios lyderystės plėtojimą skirtingo tipo organizacijose. Projektinėje dalyje išanalizuoti darnios lyderystės plėtojimą organizacijose vadovų kompetencijų vystymo pagrindu. / In final master thesis there is analysed sustainable leadership characteristics in organizations. The theoretical part introduces the analysis of scientific literature topics related to leadership, management and sustainable leadership. The analytical part presents perfomed analysis of sustainable leadership characteristics and empyrical testing of the factors leading to the development of sustainable leadership in different types of organizations.
