Sveikųjų ir sergančiųjų (galvos smegenų išeminiu infarktu, bei praeinančiu smegenų išeminiu priepuoliu) tiriamųjų žodinės asociacijos / Health and illness (reversion ischaemic neurologic deficit and insultus ischaemicus cerebri) explores verbal associations

In the research participated patients of „Anykščių šilelis“ sanatorium neurological departament. There were chosen three different explore‘s groups: good health, illness: reversion ischaemic neurologic deficit (RIND) and insultus ischaemicus cerebri, 100 explores in each group. The aim of the research – identify and compare verbal associations of different age groups in native – Lithuanian – language, their peculiarities, dynamics. The method of free associations has been chosen. Data analysis was accomplished according to the following aspects: stereotypes of reactions, contents and distribution of associations according to grammatical categories. Once the analysis has been accomplished it became clear that when the explores talk defect decline the stereotypes of language decrease. If we look at the meanings of associations, the tendency of decrease of syntagmatic and paradigmatic answers is noticed among when the explores talk defect decline. From the point of view of grammatical categories, substantival answers dominate in all explore‘s groups.
