Notre travail interroge la représentation du paysage dans la poésie d’Amina Saïd (1953 -…), écrivaine tunisienne de langue française qui vit et travaille en France. Notre point de départ est le suivant : la représentation du paysage n’est pas seulement une référence à la nature mais une entreprise totale qui engage une sensibilité, une vision du monde et un travail de la forme et de l’écriture. Nous partons de la question préliminaire suivante : « qu’est-ce qu’un paysage ? A partir de la ou des réponses proposées, nous étudions la représentation du paysage dans les poèmes de notre corpus. Combinant interrogation stylistique et thématique, nous analysons la façon dont s’écrit cette catégorie jusque là abstraite qu’est le paysage. Notre parcours nous conduit à étudier le paysage intérieur du sujet à travers sa représentation du visage et du corps. Nous étudions également les aspects et les significations de ces paysages extérieurs que sont la ville, le désert ou la mer. Ces lieux et ces paysages décrivent l’aventure du sujet cherchant à habiter le monde. L’écriture donne à cette habitation une résonance poétique et onirique. Le paysage dans une œuvre poétique est ainsi une entrée féconde pour interroger l’univers imaginaire d’un auteur et pour révéler les multiples ressources d’une œuvre. / My work interrogates the representation of landscape in the poetry of Amina Saïd (1953-…) based in France and who writes in French. I start from the following preliminary question: “what is a landscape?” Eventual answers will define my reading of the way she portrays landscape in the poems that constitute my corpus. While combining stylistic and thematic research, I try to analyse landscape, a rather abstract category. I try in this study to investigate the writer’s internal landscape though her representation of both body and face. I equally try to probe the significance of external landscapes such as the town, the desert or the sea. These spaces and landscapes present the writer’s search to inhabit the world. Writing gives this place a poetic and dreamy resonance. Landscape in a poetical text is accordingly a significant aspect that leads to the interrogation of the imaginary universe of a writer as well as to reveal wealth of a literary work.

Le travail porte sur le volet chauffage urbain. Il a pour but de construire un système d’information sur le réseau de chauffage en intégrant l’ensemble du patrimoine lié au réseau de chauffage dans un SIG (Système d’information Géographique) et d’analyser les consommations de chauffage. Ceci constitue la première phase de transformation du réseau de chauffage en un réseau intelligent.Le travail comporte 4 parties. La première comporte une synthèse bibliographique des travaux réalisés sur le développement urbain, les consommations d’énergie, la technologie de chauffage urbain et sa place dans la consommation d’énergie. La seconde partie présente la Cité Scientifique, qui sert de support pour le démonstrateur SunRise en mettant l’accent sur le réseau de chauffage (production, transport de chaleur, stations d’échange, réseau secondaire), et les lieux de consommation, à savoir les bâtiments (surfaces chauffées, performances énergétiques, regroupement dans des secteurs géographiques ou opérationnels). Les informations sur le réseau de chauffage ont été intégrées dans un Système d’Information Géographique (SIG). Dans la 3ème partie, on analyse les consommations annuelles des différents bâtiments en les confrontant avec les « DPE » des bâtiments. Cette partie permet d’avoir une idée précise des consommations de chauffage de différents bâtiments. La dernière partie comporte une analyse détaillée de la consommation de chauffage du bâtiment M1. / The thesis is part of the SunRise project "Demonstrator of the Smart and Sustainable City", which aim to turn the Campus of the University Lille1 in a demonstrator of the Smart and Sustainable city. The study focuses on the district-heating component. It aims at (i) building an information system on the heating network by the integration of all the information concerning the heating in a Geographic Information System (ii) analyzing the heating consumption. This is the first phase of the construction, of the Smart Heating network. The work involves four parts. The first includes a literature review of works conducted on urban development, energy consumption, district heating technology and its place in the energy consumption. The second part presents the Campus of the University Lille1, which serves as support for the demonstrator SunRise with a particular focus on the heating system (production, transport, heat exchange stations, secondary network), and buildings (heated surfaces, energy efficiency, clustering in geographic or operational areas). Information on the heating system has been integrated into a Geographic Information System (GIS). The 3rd part presents the annual consumption of the campus buildings together with a comparison them with their "DPE" (Diagnostic de Performance énergétique). This chapter provides a good understanding of the heating consumption of different buildings of the Campus. The last part presents a detailed analysis of the heat consumption of the building M1. The analysis is performed at different scales: monthly, daily and hourly.

L’une des applications du développement durable se trouve incarnée par des opérations urbaines, considérées comme exemplaires : les éco-quartiers nord-européens qui, depuis 1990, expérimentent l’urbanisme durable au point d’inspirer leur application dans d’autres pays et d’autres sociétés. Le phénomène semble se retrouver partout dans le monde, tendant vers une universalité de la notion, tant dans sa philosophie que dans les différentes formes urbaines. Cette diversité formelle se retrouve dans l’histoire de l’architecture et de l’urbanisme depuis le siècle dernier : une recherche de lien avec la nature et la prospection d’une densité idéale pour les habitants, que l’on retrouve dans les utopies fondatrices d’Ebenezer Howard, de Franck Lloyd Wright et du Corbusier. Cette recherche de modèles permet de mieux comprendre et de définir une identité universelle des éco-quartiers dont le succès ne cesse de grandir en France : 160 projets ont candidaté au Concours EcoQuartier en 2009, 394 en 2011. L’éco-quartier du Raquet, aménagé en régie directe par la Communauté d’Agglomération du Douaisis sur les communes de Douai et de Sin-le-Noble, s’établit dans un contexte particulier, enserré par des opérations d’aménagement successives. Le projet de construire dans cette dent creuse urbaine un véritable morceau de ville de 4 000 à 4 500 logements nécessite une méthodologie d’approche tenant compte des spécificités du contexte tout en promouvant la performance environnementale. Basé sur des indicateurs thématiques de la « ville verte » et de la « ville compacte », il apparaît que la méthodologie s’approche d’un système, fractal aux interactions complexes. / One application of sustainable development could be found in different urban operations, considered exemplary: the northern European eco-neighborhoods since 1990, experimenting sustainable urbanism and inspire their application in other countries and other societies. The phenomenon seems to be found anywhere in the world, tending towards universality of the concept, both in its philosophy and in different urban forms. This formal diversity is found in the history of architecture and urbanism in the last century: a search for connections with nature and exploration of an ideal density for the inhabitants, which can be found in Ebenezer Howard’s, Franck Lloyd Wright’s and Le Corbusier’s utopias. This research of models leads us to better understand and define a universal identity eco-neighborhoods whose success continues to grow in France: 160 projects were candidate in EcoQuartier competition in 2009, 394 in 2011. Ecodistrict “Le Raquet”, built directly by the Agglomeration Community of Douai (CAD) in the towns of Douai and Sin-le-Noble, settled in a particular context, contained by successive development operations. The project to build a real piece of town of 4 000 to 4 500 units requires a methodological approach, taking into account the specific context while promoting environmental performance. Based on thematic indicators of "green city" and "compact city", it appears that the methodology seems to be a system, fractal with complex interactions.
